Is a place to must go if you like a great coffee, the staff is always professional, honest, friendly and work hard, I come for years and they still provide to A+ customer service, Andrew, Dee, Jennifer and the crew are fantastic, and they know exactly my kind of coffee that I like it, good memory too, love Starbucks in the Higlands in Arlington Texas
They either don't care about actual coffee or their coffee is just gas station quality now. Never hot. Always lukewarm and old tasting.

Slow service and unpleasant staff that seems to be the usual at starbucks now a days. The hot was just how i ordered it and the matcha did taste great. The store was clean and had a nice sitting area. Nice area of town. Very convenient to get to.
I just had the worst experience here, we ordered 2 drinks and waited 20+ minutes. Then they cut us, they made 4 drinks of people that arrived after us!! I asked the barista what was going on and she said she’s making them as people arrive, I told her we were here before those 4 persons and I have been waiting for 20 + minutes. I asked for a refund and I told them about the situation and how unacceptable it was. I didn’t even get a sorry or anything, the white male with glasses just stayed quiet and said do you want the drinks or the refund. What’s profesional is to apologize for skipping us and comp our drinks for the inconvenience but he didn’t care. Never coming here again, I do not recommend.

Oh, I learned my lesson when it comes to ordering online. I work close to this location and will occasionally stop by for a tea, the mobile app is always the way to go. Just in case they're really backed up, I order about twenty minutes ahead of time. That way, it allows me to literally walk in, grab my drink, and walk back out.One thing I really like about this location is, they place the cups with the name facing the outside. That way, you don't have a ton of people touching your cup, while looking for their name. During the time of COVID, I really like the fact they're doing that.I've only had one mishap when I ordered a frap, they gave me the coffee version instead. I don't like, coffee. I didn't have time to go back, customer service refunded my money and all was well.
