This is my first time coming to this location, but I would highly recommend going to a different one. The employees were very friendly and helpful, but the issue is with what I received, I ordered the Venti strawberry açaí and it taste like complete garbage. The strawberries or lemonade must have gone bad. Also I ordered the lime bar which was about $4 and it’s tiny! Do not order this if you are expecting more. It came in a package so I don’t blame this location for the lime bar but that’s kind of ridiculous considering they don’t advertise it that small and I spent $10.
I've tried to give Starbucks multiple chances but it seems like every time I place a mobile order there is something wrong. For example, my order today was a Venti Pike with extra cream and two Splenda. What I got was an almost black coffee that is almost too sweet to drink. Where is the hard part about making a cup of coffee? I wasted points on an incorrect order. I guess it will be QT or somewhere else in the morning. On a positive note, the person working the drive thru window this morning was very nice. Do better.

I wish I could rate this place 5 stars multiple times. Every time I come here, I’m greeted by name, my order is ready for pickup, and there’s zero hassle. I can’t thank the staff here enough. They truly go above and beyond. This is hands down the best location in DFW. I always know my order will be ready by the time I get there, and it’s incredible how I’m able to rely on them every day on my way to work. During this pandemic it’s been hard to find any source of consistency and empathy, but it’s right here. Every single day.Thank you North Collins Team!!
Place my order and had to repeat it multiple times. As I watch them prepare it I had to have them make several corrections. Hot should have been cold, one shot should have been two, etc. On the upside they put the coffee on the inside of the cup so I suppose it could have been worse.
I ordered my usual… venti caramel macchiato hot with 5 shots of espresso. Remember I said my usual (I get Starbucks a minimum 2 times a day) I know what my drink is supposed to taste like! This drink tasted like a mix of the last few drinks that were prepared before mine! It’s very obvious that they are not properly cleaning items used to prepare drinks! I should never taste anything other than my drink. It tasted like some sort of passion fruit mixed with coffee. It was not pleasant. 9$ for a cup of nasty that ultimately was thrown out. The more I thought about why my drink tasted like that the more I became disgusted at the thought of the uncleanliness that must have been taking place!Starbucks needs to step up their game because there are some up and coming competition that just might take your place. There should be consistent drinks coming out of your establishment at all times. REMEMBER YOUR A WORLD WIDE BRAND AND YOUR DRINKS SHOULD BE CONSISTENT!!!

Good drinks; easy ordering; poor customer service from serving barista.I don't want to overhear how your not going to be customer friendly on your shift. If you're in the service industry, you're going to have to deal with customers. Older lady with that mindset made a customer get back in line to reorder because of a mistake and then barked at me for checking on a drink that part of my 4 drink order. I ordered coffee not attitude ...
Bad service. I am a Starbucks regular. I have never been in line at a drive thru for 15 minutes then come up to the widow a barista told me they don't have my orders. A manager came and told me to go inside to wait not knowing when or if I get my order. Who hired these people?
Quick, Quality, Friendly! All the things I need when I visit Statbucks! LOVE IT! Peppermint White Hot Chocolate made with Almond Milk is my favorite this time of year. ?
