I have not had the best experiences here the last few times. The employees are not friendly or nice at all. They messed up my order and treated me really bad when I pointed it out nicely. This time I stood there forever no one greeted me no one helped me until I finally had to say excuse me 4x and they looked at me like I was bothering them . Definitely need to find another one
Wonderfully pleasant baristas! It is so difficult to get into the drive-thru when large trucks cut in front of you; however, smile ANYWAYS!
I absolutely love this location, every time I visit everyone has such a bright and bubbly personality and great customer service. They take the time to understand your water and help you make options based on the lack of inventory. Always a great experience
The drive thru can be a little crowded at times since it is in a shopping center but the service and the Frappuccinos and lattes make it well worth it. Ordering ahead on the app makes it a little easier and a lot quicker!
Nice location to sit in & do some work or study. Decent customer service. Can get busy & no drive through but overall nice experience.
They were out of all holiday syrups and coffee sleeves, coffee tasted burnt. Reminded me why I don't go to Starbucks anymore.
WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!! No order ahead option, longest drive through line and the way it is set up is so unsafe with the crazy line they have, AND the slowest inside service I have ever experienced. you make Starbucks look BADDD.

I honestly do not like the location, if you park in front you are usually stuck for a long time due to the long line that raps around the building. The service is good and drive thru line could be a little quicker but it is what it is.
One of the best locations in the area!! Amazingly friendly staff (especially when I go at night) and service! Even when it’s super busy they still get out my drinks in a timely fashion❤️
