good coffee great customer services.
I came in to get a drink and do some homework. I placed my order and got my drink with no issue. The barista who made it even brought me water directly to the table I sat at. There was something else that I encountered that made me uncomfortable. The shift lead, or manager on duty, was correcting a partner. While I understand these conversations are necessary, she was abrasive and loud. The entire cafe could hear their dialogue and I could see that the other partners were visibly uncomfortable. I too felt uncomfortable. I wanted to come into a space where I could concentrate, feel at ease, and enjoy my afternoon. I wish the coaching would have taken place away from the other partners' and guests' earshot.
I want to recognize Peggy for her outstanding staff and costomer service the entire store is working in unity and of one spirit and there's joy and happiness going on in there and they went out of there way to make my EXPERIANCE outstanding.thanks.
Starbucks is my refuge. They have dairy free alternatives which is super.
The drive thru was a little long, but worth it. We got our iced double chocolate chip frappuccino & granddaughter got a white chocolate iced juice.
They alway greet me with a smile and a willingness to make what ever I want to have to drink at that time. It is always clean and even if they don’t have what they need to make the drink( Carmel apple spice) they still try to get as close as they can. Give it a try sometime they really do make you smile.
There is one particular barista who makes me feel uncomfortable. On a few occasions I noticed he will greet everyone else but overlook me. There was one instance when my coffee was ready but my food order wasn't. The young lady asked him to get my order. He said ok, took o e look at me and walked over to the register to take the order of someone who just walked in. After a few minutes the young lady noticed I was still waiting for my food. At that point she had to walk from her station back to the food area to get the petite scone I ordered. Another instance where he was working the mobile pick up area; when I walked throughthe door approaching the area, he turned his back to me and did not greet me. Its disappointing to see this type of behavior exhibited in a Starbucks location when the brand has worked so hard to provide diversity training to staff.
Very bad service. Late and careless service, the girl was speaking so low that I had to get my head in and tell her. Kitchen floor watery , dirty , wet, manager is bossy, arrogant, careful, irresponsible, no Christmas decorations, entrance inside Matt very dirty. Manager is bringing very bad name to Starbucks.the girl just threw my caffe latte and said she could not say my name; very careless attitude.
Staff rude and condescending just because they're incompetent and keep getting behind.Unprofessional the way they talk to eachother. The making station was certainly a hot mess not clean at all didn't even wanna eat my bakery items after seeing what the inside of the displays look like.Do better. Next time I'm in Texas I'll make sure to visit a different one.
I stopped going to this location because the coffee is never made correctly (the guy with the bun hair makes them horrible by the way, the coffee is always missing flavor), I started going to another Starbucks near by and they always make my coffee perfect!
