It has taken me over a week to find the words that can express how frustrating of an experience I had at this so called “establishment”. I was helped by the egotistical “supervisor” christa, who mentally combated me as if I were a 5 year old. I am enrolled in a doctorate Program at the Texas Christian University, and I’ve earned respect. I know God has some karma coming around, and spoiler, not a modicum of it is good. I would not recommend this starbucks to a homeless puppy during a hurricane, because when it would go inside Christa would yell at it for bringing in water. Shame! Just a shame…
Extremely nice staff members here in the morning, and quick to help replace my drink when I mistakenly ordered an unwanted customization through the app during a busy time
Went there to pick up my order gave me a wrong item called back three times nobody picked up the phone very bad customer service

Super duper slow. I placed a pickup prior to leaving my house because I figured it would be ready when I got there…15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. I’ve also had to sit in the drive thru for 20+ min with a line not even that long..never experienced anything like this at any other Starbucks. Unfortunately, it’s the closest one to my house so I have to suffer.
11.27.2021 - The Day Starbucks and I broke-upI placed an online order for a venti latte with an extra shot of espresso and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup. Arrived to pickup my order and as soon as I picked up my cup, I noticed it felt empty. There was literally 1/4 cup of liquid in my venti cup.I pulled the lid off and nicely asked the Barista if she could add some more milk, coffee, something, in my venti cup as it was only a quarter filled. Her response, "That's how they come. They're mostly just foam. I compare them to a bag of Lay's potato chips because you know, you get mostly air. "I am sure the look on my face said it all. Keep in mind, I USE to go to Starbucks daily for years; sometimes twice a day, so I know better. However, I wasn't about to argue with her and be precieved as a "Karen"So I paid over $8 to receive 4oz of liquid in my venti cup. My little heart was just hurt. Goodbye forever, Starbucks. : (
Customer service wasn’t great this time , cashier did not acknowledge me and had me waiting on her while she talked to her coworkers. Once I left I realized my drink order was wrong. Very disappointed .
