I has been working in customer service for 22yrs and the young people today DON'T KNOW what means customer service. We went to get food, 2 orders was large, 1 medium, they bring drinks wrong and when we let them know about their mistake they asked us to pay more when we already paid for it and their actitud and behavior very rude. They need to teach this young kids respect and courtesy. Remember CUSTOMER ARE ALWAYS RIGH.

I get it… sonic is normally younger people, but that is no excuse for attitude and rudeness. Went in to pick up food for my family as this was the closest one to me on the way home from work. Whoever took my order at the booth was very rude and didn’t read back the order for us to and just told me a price.Then when the food came out the kid who gave us the food tried to give us extra drinks which I told her that’s not ours, so she didn’t keep handing us stuff. She said how much I owed, took my money and left. Didn’t ask if I wanted change, nor did she hand me a receipt. Which makes me think I did pay for those drinks and didn’t get.I then get home to find our order all wrong.. but not worth me driving back there to get it corrected.These kids definitely need some more training on better manners and professionalism. Do better please for the next customer.

They're fairly quick usually they do frustrate me a little bit when they take you know 5 10 minutes to get out of water normally that's what I go to sonic for is like a route 44 for cup of ice water 60 cents and a last meal all day so other than that sometimes I get a snack or something quick to eat but it's not other than that it's a good little sonic to go to

Ordered a 12 with BBQ and got a jumbo popcorn chicken instead, and it was nothing but breading, shake was good though.But c'mon bruh I got crispy bread bites that look liked they were in there for weeks.And I asked for dude to come out for a re order but I waited like 10 minutes. Wasn't really worth my time after all.

The manager sent a young lady to help me because she was aggressive to me and I just wanted my 2.09 plus tax.. I have been going to this sonic for 17 years.. Never that one again..

I am changing my rating to one star. Just a hint, if someone orders diet, it's for a reason. Like someone being diabetic ?? thank you for the sugar boost, absolutely love itWouldn't just cut it to 1 star just for that, but of the 3 drinks ordered the only thing made right was the cup of ice water ?

We waited 15 minutes for our order only to have the employees to say that they didn't have our order, the employees yelled at us and were very ugly to us, and yelled like we were asking for something other than our order, not only were they rude, they treated us so disrespectful. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Marleena has great customer service . I called to correct an order and she was very helpful . And the food there is great

This location always sounds inviting and has the nicest employees. Their voices are always chipper and loud enough to hear.
