Despite the indecisive acts of my greedy child not being able to narrow his order down to $20 (wanted LG mozzarella, 3 corn dogs, 3 grill cheese, 1 chili chz coney, 1 breakfast toaster w bacon and a large Oreo blast)they patiently let him change the order, resize items and had it out super fast. Propps! I was at my last nerve with his greedy self. They made him happy and less of an annoyance to me when I got back online for class .
I just love sonic chili cheese all beef coneys and their limeades and their jalapeño poppers in their cheddar burgers or fries tater tots everything‘s delicious. My only complaint is every time I asked for it all beef chili cheese Coney with mustard and onions every single employee says do you want a foot-long? Well at that point I don’t not happy I have to train every employee I say to them the all beef hotdogs just in the 6 inch the foot-long is mixture of chicken lips and what not. So every time I asked for it all beef chili cheese Coney and they ask me every time do you want a foot-long ? Please train your employees. Thank you
They had what I needed for my order but this message is disturbing.... I hate that we are running low on supplies everywhere.

I had just about given up on Sonic due to quality issues, food temp, and long wait times. This visit was the best visit by far for 2021. My food was hot and fresh. I ordered through the app, and the food was delivered in a timely manner
Went here for lunch and it took 30 -45 mins to get food. I complained and was given coupons only to use at that specific location that I was later told we’re not valid. The employee signed and dated the coupon and it still was void. I won’t be using this sonic anymore since the manager chose to make this executive decision that I feel is wrong but who am I just another unsatisfied customer
Went a 10:30pm on a Saturday. Hours say open till midnight, all the lights were on and the open sign was lit up. There were 2 girls inside the building and they would not answer the call buttons or take anyone's orders. We waited several minutes and there were 2 other vehicles there as well and no one was helped. One girl even walked by our truck to her car and then back in and would not answer or even acknowledge there were people there. We finally left.
Horrible customer service and good luck on getting what you actually ordered. I was told to avoid this Sonic by others and from now on I will avoid this place
Ordered 2 drinks (from app to get quicker).......well that FAILED!!! Sat waiting for 30 min. REALLY!?!?? We weren't the only ones, at least 3 we could see waiting. Just go to another one........?
Sonic is nearly always good, but this location is somehow extra good. Really cute seasonal decor, nice seating areas, a little extra care with drinks (squeezed limes, cup lid buttons pushed), always a good experience.
