We shouldn't have to have app to order at fast-food restaurant. They dont need my account information. Not everyone wants 30 apps of different restaurants. I been a costumer for years. And after today ill never order there again. They just lost a customer for life. Yeah im only one person but thats one more person to help shut down this greedy corporate company.
They were out of ice cream!? Tonight, another time, we waited for a very long while in the drive thru for food that had bn sitting right next to the window!!!!! No point in calling & complaining, that doesn't actually solve anything long term. Maybe if the guys in charge mention to their workers to be a bit more attentive!? Honked my horn and guy still acted like he didn't hear and after another minute or so walked close to window and saw my food sitting, waiting for him to hand it to me. Tell them they all need to be talking to each other! It ain't no one man show, it takes all of them!
Manager was rude and condescending and had an attitude when she walked from the building to the car so I could show her the order that was wrong. She turned me off of Sonic completely now. Better for my health but sad she was so confrontational about it. First time I have ever had a person in authority say, "My baaad" and "Just so you know" when attempting to resolve an issue. I hope if you visit this location that you have better luck!

Very fast and excellent service no matter how busy they are I'm in and out quick and easy.
We eat here atleast once a week. They are always friendly & fast! This is a good sonic, glad it is so close to home. Keep up the good work guys!
Jasmine is rude and should not be working customer service, especially where you are taking peoples orders. Asking questions like is that all you want? And telling customers well I guess you will just have to wait….is completely unacceptable. Please do us all a favor who frequent this location multiple times a week….FIND A NEW JOB! Merry Christmas ?
Speed was average. Didn't get my burger correct.
Pulled in to ask for napkins even though we did not buy anything. My granddaughter had spilled something and I needed them to clean it up. No ody ever brought any out. Thanks.
The morning drive-through lady was amazing quick with my order and friendly I will be coming back
