Today I walked into Smoothie King and before I could say anything Christina, Corrin, Kaylah and Deanna all greeted me with the warmest, brightest best greeting I've ever had in my entire life! They made me feel welcome and got my order out just as fast! I love how personable these ladies are! This is by far the best Smoothie King I've ever had the pleasure to do business with! I will definitely be back! The smoothie was delicious and made just the way I love it!
This is the BEST Smoothie King location. I love the Manager & her staff. Super sweet & friendly. They are also quick to get your smoothie out. Love this store. ?
Sit down breakfast or Smoothie? Smoothie please. I absolutely love the Smoothie King App. It’s so convenient! Dasia made the perfect Chocolate Peanut Power Plus Smoothie and it was ready ahead of schedule. Service with a smile is a great way to start the day! Thanks Dasia. Went to this place for the first time. The service was horrible took forever to get my order once I finally got it . The mixture was not complete I asked the lady to remix it she did so by adding water to it which completely ruined the smoothie. Needless to say I didn’t drink it almost $10.00 in the trash never again.
I come to this location every morning because the store manager and her employees are so nice. They make my smoothie perfect every time and I’m very picky about my smoothie. I pass two other smoothie kings just to go to this location. They are the BEST
Two people working that did not know what was in a smoothie. Asked if the Keto protein was plant based. The girl working said she was new and did not know. When they went to ring me up they did not know how to process a Bonus Gift Card. To fix it, they started over. Had to repeat my order verbally 4 times (I only ordered one smoothie). Once they rerung me they did not do my $4 in rewards even though I had it set to use. To add to it, despite me being the only one in the store when I initially ordered, the guy that came in while I was ordering, ordered after me and received his order first. Need to train the staff here. Worst experience I have had at a Smoothie King. Add to everything else, and the smoothie I ordered was bland as hell!!
Lightskin girl that works there always have a attitude and terrible customer service, doesn’t say “hi” “how are you” “welcome in” i already reported to cooperate but just had to share this. I will never go back to this location
Normally this is my best spot and I guess we are ALL entitled to a BAD day. BUT when the General Manager is extremely rude because you ask her to wash her hands after I watched her coming from the back, this is COVID, and she walks off and says FINE I won’t fix your Smoothie. This is immature, ignorant and Rude…. This is why the staff has such a turnaround, your only as good as your leader, perhaps this why she is making Smoothies?.
