Just went to pick up a plate for my brother. The chicken is not the same. Cooks seem to not get along well or maybe it was because of a mistake. I use to like it but has a different flavor now. They need better customer service.
Sarku Japan has been the most popular food spot inside the Park's Mall for years. The line can get long, but the wait never takes too long, and I promise it's worth it.Their specialty is the teriyaki chicken. It comes with white rice, fried rice or noodles.They also have beef & shrimp, but stick with the chicken. Add on an egg roll or spring roll, and you will walk away full. Great prices & huge portions are also what make this place a crowd pleaser.The only knock might be their drinks. Next time you are at the mall, give Sarku a try. You won't be disappointed!
They are the best Japan restaurant I ever ate at ! 5 star rate most try again most recommend restaurant.

Used to be fave spot at mall food court. It’s went downhill. Guess they’ve made enough money from customers and now decide they don’t need to offer quality anymore.Chinese guy with the long hair is rude…and I’m Chinese.
I go to this place because is good, but this time the fried rice was over cooked, should have returned it but was too hungry to wait.
I never leave reviews but i am writing this in the bathroom at 4 am, nearly 5, after waking up with severe stomach pain. I ordered the shrimp and chicken and thought the shrimp tasted funny. As well the chicken was just chewy and bland. I had about 3-4 of the shrimp before me AND my friend both had to throw away our meals and call it a day. Absolutely disgusting.
The only thing good about this place is the food. Customer service is horrible. Seriously they have ZERO people skills.
I came to this location to pick up a Door Dash order. There were two lines. One for normal orders and one for online. I was in the online order line and when it was my turn, one of the employees rudely gestured to the normal line. He’d helped everyone else before me, but didn’t want to bother with me. I just stood there, and after a while he gestured for me to step up to the window and I showed him my Door Dash order. He turned around, grabbed the order and practically threw it at me. This employee was extremely rude and unprofessional and I will never eat at Sarku Japan because of this experience.
