Drove all the way from Plano just to be told they're about to close, (20 minutes before the closing time posted) when asked if we could still order they said yes but seemed to be bothered by our presence, when asked for a cheeseburger they said it would "too long" and that they were out of peppers and mushrooms for the philly cheesesteak, after that we just decided to leave, maybe they should change they're closing hours so people don't show up expecting to be taken care of
I only started going to this restaurant a month or so ago, and it is now in my top 2-3 restaurants in the metroplex. I almost never write reviews but not only do I think this restaurant deserves it but the main woman (Navia) who takes orders is not only has such a kind spirit, but she’s so good at her job. She is so thorough with taking your order which is wonderful because I cannot tell you how many restaurants get my boyfriend’s orders wrong. I cannot say enough good things about Navia!Another good quality about this restaurant is that they use real meat and good quality food. Their portion sizes for French fries and other sides are extremely huge so the price is actually about equal or more to fast food. If you get a large fry, it comes in an entire styrofoam container which probably equals 3 large fries at a fast food restaurant. Their small fries is filled into a half sized to go box container.the prices might seem a little bit higher but it breaks down to the same price or less than most other places. I’m sure I could write a much longer review but I’ll stop here. Just remember it’s all fresh and good food, customer service is great, and the prices break down to less or equal to everywhere else. Oh and it’s delicious as well.

Little expensive but could be the result of our current economic times. However the food itself is fantastic! I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and this place fulfilled that craving excellently. Was in and out in 10 minutes & thoroughly enjoyed the meal will be back again!
The food is good, but I placed and paid an order to go with cheese fries. When I sat to eat, they gave me regular fries. I called to let them know what happened and the they never answered the phone. Completely disappointed, so please check your order before you leave.
Took to long to get. Didn't know fries were curry fries(if I wanted Indian food I would have gotten it) and the bread on the bottom was like raw. Love and learn.
I live close and recently discovered this place. Loved the food. So far it has been consistent every time we go. They seem to always be busy. Depending on the day they run out of stuff like onion rings or sometimes peppers. That’s a sign of needing improved management.
I feel played by Aladdin and his crew! But heads up to everybody that decides to go to this sweat box if you order your food and want to change your mind make sure you hurry before they start cooking or they can’t refund you under any circumstances!!! They will force you to eat their food ?!! Judging by the size of their lemonade stand I’m sure they do need the money
would give 0 stars if I could. worst customer service i have ever received. came here with my boyfriend and was trying to order the nachos, a philly, fries and onion rings. After we pulled off I noticed the guy taking the order never got me down for my nachos and the line hadn’t moved and I was in a hurry so I pulled back around and just asked him to cancel my order and give me a refund. he proceeded to call his manager (they didn’t even have a manager on sight) and try to hand me the phone to talk to the manager?? lol. he tells me his manager is the only person that can access the register to get a refund and he cannot do it. I’m not trying to get anything free, I’m just simply trying to cancel an order. Seeing as I work in the service industry myself and have people cancel orders or send back food items all the time I didn’t see why it would be an issue. He told me all of our food was ready so they couldn’t do a refund.
The cheese steak is savory, gooey, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness! Made to order, so expect a few minutes wait with the reward of a perfectly hot and fresh meal. The seasoned french fries were a perfect compliment to the sandwich. Will definitely be back!
