I would choose another resturant. The first indicator to me should have been the fact that there was not a single customer in eatimg inside. There were 2 customers waiting for to go orders, but no one dining in. The booths next to the kitchen were covered in boxes as if this is the storage area. Random other items everywhere else. My husband ordered Orange chicken, which was super dry, I ordered vegetable delight which was flavorless. The rice was dry and the egg rolls were questionable. The inside was grey and weird. just not edible. Choose another place. This place was not good.
2 days ago I ordered the Pu Pu Platter for my entree. Everything had this unusual flavor to it; with each item tasting like the last. The fried shrimp, the egg rolls, the cho cho beef, the crab rangoon and the chicken wing all had this weird taste. I only tasted a part of each of them. The only thing that didn't taste funny were the ribs. My sister ordered the spicy pork fried rice. She complained that the pork was overcooked and that it wasn't spicy enough. I suggest that she send it back and have them remake it but she was too shy to speak up. She said they put one pepper in the rice and it wasn't spicy at all, however she loved the flavor of the rice. She just picked the pork out of it and set it aside. The cashier was our waiter and he seemed to be bothered and annoyed by each question we asked. We were the only customers in the restaurant at this time so I didn't understand the attitude. He did have customers periodically coming in to pick up orders to go; which he seemed to be cordial and pleasant to. I swore not to return to this restaurant again; it was not my cup of tea. I didn't like the food and I didn't like the service.
I recently tried to call in an order. The person who answered the phone was rude. He was answering my questions very quietly, and when I asked him what he was saying, he was still responding nearly inaudibly. I tried to explain where to drop off the food, and the call was somehow disconnected partway through. When I tried to call again, the phone was picked up, then was hung up or disconnected somehow. I am not wasting my time with unprofessional, unfriendly service. I will order elsewhere.
This is the best chinese food I have had in years! I cannot find any other place that does such a jam-packed hearty wonton soup and the orange chicken is always perfectly crunchy and sweet. I am never going anywhere else again!
Not only did I recieve noodles instead of rice with my shrimp fried rice, but the beef seemed/tasted severely undercooked. Usually never leave bad reviews but honestly feel some could get sick eating here ??
I would give a full 5 stars because the food is always fresh, but today I ordered sweet and sour pork for my son to try and the batter was still raw...the meat was cooked though. I also take issue with the eggrolls being too greasy, but they are tasty. Other than those two things, the food is always delivered fresh and the ingredients appear to be of better quality than other places I have ordered from.
This was HANDS DOWN the most disgusting food I have ever paid for. The pork ribs were fatty, undercooked and had zero sauce, the egg foo young was over cooked, greasy and had no flavor other than burnt grease. I have never eaten worse food from a restaurant.
First time trying this place and it was alright. The sauce could be a tad bit thicker.. we ordered to go and the sauce was just sitting at the bottom and barely on the chicken, rice was alright and the 2 liter we got was flat. I probably won’t be back.
Don't really care about the negative reviews, they're wrong We love this place. The food is always excellent. They're nice when they deliver my food. I've NEVER had a less than GREAT experience ordering from them. They are A+++++ in my book.
!!!!!!! ??????? !!!!!!!!!These people are horrible. I ordered my food 2 hours ago. I call after an hour and a quarter. They tell me they had to go to the grocery store to get the bean sprouts I ordered extra on my rice!!! The "manager" delivers my food and asks for $3 extra for the bean sprouts. Food was pre-paid! I lm refusing to pay another $3 for extremely late food. His begins get become belligerent and yelling "so you want me to pay for it" he's advised that now the transaction entirely will be disputed and began to close my door. He pushed it back open aggressively saying he needed his money . I told to him to remove his hand off my my door. He pushes it further. I had to forcibly close and lock my door. Then he began to bang on the door. Saying he's calling the police. These people are insane and aggressive.. I will never purchase food from.them again.
