There food is not even worth the price inflation. Go a mile up the street for good prices(half of what they price at) and get some fire seasoned chineese food from Skillwok…oh and don’t tip if yu do go, it goes to the ( house).. not the person taking orders.Thank me later.
I would have rated this a five, but for the amount of time it took to get the food was longer than expected. I call them an hour after it was order was told they were waiting for the drive and the food had bee ready. They told me would see how long before there driver show up and call me back. They called me back about 10 minutes.I told the guy if the food was cold since it had been sitting would cancel the order.The food arrived and to my amazement it was warm and very good. Kudos to Rice Bowl for the awesome tasting food and for delivering under such icy conditions .
Good taste but not portions are extremely small for the price. The dinner portions look like lunch, the lunch looks like a kids meal. I miss old management because of this. Overpriced for the portions.
I bought Teriyaki Chicken, Fried Dumpling and Fried Crab Rangoon yesterday to eat today, freshly cooked 5-10 min in a hot air oven. The taste is still as delicious as ever. amazing
Tonight was my first time ordering delivery. We spent over $40.00 and waited well over an hour and we are half a mile away.. I do appreciate that they were open for delivery in this winter storm and I know they were very busy but my appetizers of chicken teriyaki on a stick were substituted I guess, for some cold dumplings. .. not what I ordered ..not what I wanted ..not what I paid for at all..when I called at 8:00 to inquire if they were out of chicken they were already closed..also we asked for spiciness in the beef entree.and paid an additional $3.50 for beef but the meat was scarce...it was pretty bland too ..well the egg rolls were very good..but this was way too expensive, and too cold ..not again!02-05-2022- The restaurant called me today and apologized for the mix up in my order and I was satisfied with the explanation and her offer to correct the mistakes. Great customer service is everything to me and she demonstrated professionalism , a genuine concern, and overall excellence about my order. While I probably wont use delivery again, I look forward to visiting the restaurant personally and enjoying some teriyaki chicken in a few days when the weather is warmer.
Under new management, but I hope they are as good as the old owners. Always had great food and plenty of it. Recommended.
I have ordered from Rice Bowl many times and the food has been consistent and good, however this evening I made the mistake of ordering v chicken Pad Thai. It was ,without a doubt the worst I've ever tasted.First, it's unrecognizable as pad thai. The wrong kind of noodles and sauce. The menu is careful to describe the ingredients-bean sprouts, peanuts, eggs, onions, in other words the usual. The only thing I recognized were the la r ge onions a single piece of green onion. It didn't taste like P.T.
Excellent chicken teriyaki, yall gotta try it out, good place, good food, great people. If yall happened to be in north Arlington I highly recommend this take out chinese place, yall won't be disappointed.

I love this place!! They have a new item on the menu called “Spicy Crispy Beef” (shown in the first picture) it tasted so good and I love it!! The beef is crispy and the sauce is tastyy!!❤️ I definitely recommend it!
