My friend and I enjoyed our burgers very much. I had regular fries and she had onion rings which she said was very good. We were greeted when we went in by the manager I believe. He was very nice and talked to us as few minutes. Our server was wonderful she was attentive but to not over bearing. Thank you Red Robin I had a great lunch with my friend
More like a 3.5We ordered burgers and onion ring as an extra on the side. The food was decent (7.6/10) but for the price of the food it wasn't worth it in my opinion. the atmosphere and service was pretty nice but I'm not picky about that just letting you know.Conclusion: Would not eat here again. I just don't think it's worth the price for the quality(taste) of the food.
Restrooms are located on the far right side of restaurant towards the back. Womens restrooms was fully stocked and has several stalls with handicap and changing station located inside the handicap stall. Needed a bit more upkeep. It was on a Saturday evening and service was a bit slow. It took a while to get a milkshake that was ordered with our regular drinks. We had to remind them 3 times to get it. Even the waiter was confused why it was taking so long. The appetizers of fries took a while and 1 batch was just the small bits that were over fried. The other 2 batches were delicious. The Titos blue drink thats advertised on the menu was not good. It had to much club soda. The new strawberry margaritas being advertised were too sweet. Our waiter was nice and the bar manager was courteous enough to go over the drink specials. Overall I would recommend this place. Just be prepared for slow service when they are busy.
My wife, son and I visited the Arlington, TX location this afternoon. The restaurant was not very busy, but our food and server were outstanding! Tyrone, was friendly, funny and a exceptional serve. The food was hot and tasty, the only issue was the bacon was left off my sons bacon cheeseburger, but even that minor exception was remedied quickly! Tyrone is an asset to Red Robin, and we will ask for his section on our next visit! A great dinner, wonderful service and an enjoyable evening! ???????????????????????
Food is sooo good & relaxing fun atmosphere!
The vibe of the place was very chill and casual… the food came out fast and tasted fresh, I ordered the plant based burger and customized to my taste and it was very good also enjoyed my drink. The restroom was dirty and I would’ve liked a little more napkins during with my meal, our server was nice but talked over me a lot.
I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, well done, no tomato with Garlic Fries. Get my burger, it's Medium Well. Tell the Waitress. She takes it back to the kitchen and comes out with a basket of fries for me to eat while I wait for my new burger. Then a Manager comes and apologized. Very nice of him. He personally brings out my new burger. While I still wasn't Well Done (no pink), it was more done than last (a few pink spots). Burger and fries were delicious. I had the Blue Chill to drink. Yummy ?. My Husband had the Smoke and Pepper Burger with Regular Fries and a Signature Margarita. He enjoyed all of his. Said it was very good. His burger wasn't too spicy but just right. We also had the Bear Claw Pretzel Bites. Yummy. A very good experience. Koodos to the Manager and Waitress for going above and beyond to fix my meal.
Extremely helpful staff. Patient. Delightful. Even learned some of the Red Robin lingo. Food was delicious. Placed a take out order so I wasn't able to take advantage of the bottomless steam fries. Maybe next time.
The burger was good but it could have been better, there was too much sauce in it, (don’t remember the name) but it was one of their new burgers in the menu. The fries were delicious, and they’re unlimited plus the seasoning they have is a must on fries! Overall not bad.
I've eaten here a couple of times, and service was good both times. The food was good, and the fries were cooked perfectly. Endless fries ensure you don't leave hungry, and their burgers are fairly priced. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a burger in the highlands.
