Was in town for a get a way. Really wanted to try Razzoo's because I had heard alot about it. Service was terrible and the meal looked and tasted like it was out of a box. I asked about what was in a drink because it looked good and the bartender just said let me get you a menu. Handed the menu to me and walked away for awhile. (I was only having water but the drink did look good.)No silverware was offered until 5 mins after I received my meal, and the manager had to ask if I was ready for my check because the bartender just kept walking by me, and finally disappeared around the back of the counter. (The bar was not busy when I entered. I was only the 3rd patron..) Just not happy at all with the whole experience...and a bit over priced for the box food.

We stopped in for lunch during our trip from El Paso.....The atmosphere the service and the food were all great! Our waiter was friendly and answered all my questions! I highly recommend if you want some great Cajun food! We will definitely be back

We went twice to this restaurant in Arlington. Both times one hour and a half before closing and I was told the dining area was closed. I will never ever visit this location again. They make up their own rules. Drove 15 minutes away to the one in Fort Worth (Sundance Square) and had the best experience. Do not go to this location.

Friendly. Red beans and rice I loved. Waiter was great

Very good… would say more but this is what happens when I don’t do the review right away… my poor memory… if I type to long I forget…. Something…. Anyway…. Someone who was there with us said it was excellent… ??

I love razzoos I hate that they dont have any good specials anymore.... loved that they kept a good portion size

Great service and atmosphere. The food was delicious.

It was a great visit to Razzoo's today.Appetizer: Popcorn shrimp & friesDrinks: Swamp Thing, Miller beer, & Strawberry LemonadeEntrees: Kids Cheeseburger with fries, Fried Shrimp Po-Boy, & Shrimp & Catfish Basket. No dessert. The service was pretty good. The food was very fresh and tasty! No complaints! I would recommend this place, especially after a long days work or shopping.

The food was fantastic the catfish and breading was cooked just right. The service was a bit slow. Our particular waiter may have been new or something because he was very elusive and difficult to find when we needed him (this is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5)

Me and my girlfriend always pass by here going through Arlington. We decided to go to dinner there tonight. We ordered "Rat Toes" jalapeños stuffed with "crab and shrimp" then deep fried and Fried Pickles for our Appetizers. For our entrees we ordered the Jambalaya Pasta and the Seafood Combo with fried shrimp, catfish and crawfish. Ok, the fried food all tasted the same, really lacked flavor and had a thick batter. That includes the Rat Toes, Fried Pickles and the Seafood Combo. On the Seafood combo, the corn was way overcooked. The Jambalaya pasta was definitely nothing special with sausage, shrimp and fish. It DEFINITELY lacked flavor and character. It was completely under seasoned. Last but not least, our server Lonnie. Lonnie did not pay his tables any attention and had to be flagged down multiple times by a few of his tables, including us. He did not check back with us and didn't even show a personality. Mediocre food and terrible service. Won't be back. We do not recommend this place WHATSOEVER.
