This place is the BEST canes I’ve been too. Always fast, the chicken is always fresh & taste amazing & the sauces here taste better.The manager is pretty cute too. Wish I could order him in my box combo.
Waited 25 minutes for our food which was super hot which was great. I guess I just don't get the hype about this place. They have the blandest chicken I ever tasted. It was like eating unseasoned flour.Beware if you do go watch the prices their combos just don't add up.
Fingers cooked good, sauce really good. The toast is delicious.

This location usually has good service and good chicken strips. On 2/5 around 6pm we came here for dinner. Once we received our food and pulling out of the parking lot, my daughter says our food smells burnt. She opens the box. Strips didn’t look burnt. When we got home and started to eat the chicken strips it had a very bad ash/burnt taste. Not sure if the grease needs to be changed. Very disappointed
Delicious chicken fingers and Cane's sauce! That's always enough for me, but I enjoyed talking to drive thru staff. Everyone was friendly and bathrooms were clean.
While we were dining on fresh delicious chicken fingers, a gentleman came in and grabbed a used Cane's cup to get something to drink. A woman at the counter tried to stop him and tell him that is only for customers. I think she forgot how fortunate she is to have all her mental capacitors about her.The manager brought Joe out some food to go along with his drink. This is why I will be back.
First the chicken was so tiny . Are you guys giving people half of a tenderloin. Then the worst part is me and my family of four started feeling sick. After and hours my daughter started to throw up and she is 9 . Then my son, and my boyfriend started feeling nauseated. The worst of it all I have not stop using the restroom since I ate. Like are you guys food poisoning people . Please be careful with eating here. Pay attention cause these symptoms are not good. I love canes I would hate to have my craving not satisfied due to poor quality of food.
I used to love coming here but over the last few weeks the food quality has dramatically decreased. It started when the chicken tasted like cigarettes and now it is always in short, fat, strips with a terrible texture, and not to mention the fries being soggy. After waiting in that consistently long line I'd like to not almost throw up whenever I eat it (I keep thinking it'll get better next time.)
I went a couple days ago and was very clear that I was ordering a split ticket since I had two payment methods. However, when I got to the window to pay, the woman (named Estella?) somehow had gotten the orders mixed up and proceeded to make it seem as if it was my fault. Rudely told me she’d have to get her manager to fix everything and told me that I had made her job harder than it had to be. Absolutely disgusting attitude and I advise anyone to avoid this location unless you’re looking for sub-par customer service.
