I have been a loyal customer for about the last 10 years or so around the metroplex. When this location opened, I was so excited, that I would eat there every other day. Recently (at least at this location), customer service has gone down the drain. Initially, I thought that it had to do with COVID, but I'm now convinced that management does not care one bit. Prices have continued to go up (not Cane's fault), but quantity has gone down. When asking for double fries, I literally get 25 sticks - I mean one potato doesn't yet cost $5. I pay for extra sauce and it is the draw of the straw whether I actually get it or not. With the introduction of the Cane's reward program (a long time before COVID), it was clear that "leadership" at this place had their heads in the sand. They did not reward the frequency of the customers - just whether you were a caniac club member. So, I could literally go there every day and I get nothing to use my "frequent flyer" card. But whether I use it or not, I get rewarded to BOGO on various occasions. Great! Exactly how rewards programs need to be set up!All-in, I will definitely not visit this location again, and may think twice about visiting another location.

My experience today at canes was the worstTo begin with, the line was already full in the section drive thru. I had to wait a good 25 min till i reached the window. When i payed for my order, the cashier told me i had to wait more till my order was ready so she sent me to the orange cone you guys have outside. I waited at least 20 more min and yet no one cam, so at that point i just had to go inside, because my order was never made. I proceeded to go inside and let staff know whats been going on. I proceeded to let them do my order and when i got it was cold. waste of money and time. Spent a whole hour and half at canes.

To anyone wondering of the lack of service and decline of the store a former customer turned employee will now answer the questions. There crew consists of literal children no older than 17 for the most part, they dont care who closes there store often leaving 1 person and lazy managers that sit in offices all day. The managers are socially awkward and don't train staff properly and leave it up to other kids to train kids! This store is all over the place and is struggling myself and many other kids i worked with have left the store for these reasons im sorry to anyone that has had a bad experience there. Just remember to ask which kid made your fries and chicken next time. There use of minors has to stop. They are short staffed for a reason and the quality of food has gone down as well as closing time for that simple fact. Wake up don't let those kids break their backs for poor management that doesn't care.

Wonderful costumer service. Me and my partner were driving around late and every other restaurant we went to people gave us attitude or ignored us at the window. The lady who took our order in this drive through (around 12:50am or so on 3/8) had high energy and a positive attitude. We got our food quickly and it came out hot. I wish I knew her name but the employee who greeted us was awesome and made our night so much better!

I do not understand how you can have cars lined up to the street and still serve cold, old fries. There is a difference between cold fries and old fries. Cold fries are fries that get cold during transport home. Cold old fries are fries that have been cooked and prepackaged for to go orders and sat prepared way past the suggested hold time. The hold time should be no more than 10 minutes from the time they have been removed from the fryer to being served to the guest.

Great service from the staff here. Food came out quick and hot and fresh. Didn’t enjoy the coleslaw that much. Restaurant was a bit busy since an event at AT&T stadium so it was a bit dirty.

Very disappointed in this location. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that the quantity of food has decreased with a increase in cost. This has been far to consistent. I felt the need to share. I have returned food twice, this marks my last visit at this location

I was pretty bummed at how hard my chicken fingers were to chew. You could tell they had been sitting for a minute and the canes sauce was barely filled up. Very disappointed.

Just bought a box combo with selected sauce instead of bread. I got the old fries, could not eat coz it’s very hard dry ?

Hadn’t been inside Canes since pre covid, today was my first time since forever and their service definitely needs some improvement. Whoever the girl at the register was at around 4:55 could use some common manners and greet the customer and ask what they want instead of just raising her eyebrows and not saying a word. I told her it was dine in and when she called my name it was all in to go boxes, I told her it was for here and she stared at me and said “okay” then just handed it back to the kitchen and clearly didn’t tell them what was going on bc after she left on her break or left for the day no one knew about my order I had to go and hand them my receipt and wait more. Still gave me half of my order in a to go box and I had to ask for my toast since they didn’t put it in there. Not to mention how dirty all the empty tables were and there wasn’t any toilet paper in either stall nor paper towels. Eventually the employees started cleaning up the tables but if I’m going to Cane’s I expect better service, if not I could simply go eat at Taco Bell or something
