I went and order the 10 wing special for $25. I asked for mild and spicy and if they could separate and identify which was which they said sure. I got the food made it home and when I opened it. They didn’t do anything I asked. As a matter of fact they didn’t even give me the chicken I asked for. They gave me all original. No mild or spicy

Arrived 645 en route to work. First sign of poor service and product, had to redirect cashier/server to add beans to my order because she angled the serving container to get the leftover liquid from the beans to complete my order. Another coworker did immediately intervene and brought a new bag of beans after hearing my complaint. Second sign, “we only have” wings and breast in the spicey, didn’t suggest to make more. Primary sign is the less than 3 star rating for Popeyes. Against better judgement ordered completed and left for work to share with colleagues a 10 piece mix special, $30! Chicken dry, luke warm and the thighs were size of legs and legs size of wings and wings the size of drummets. Called back to store and no answer. Go figure, they will be out of business soon. Popeyes has already established the quality of service and product but apparently this franchise fell in the wrong hands.

You can count on consistent poor service, a long wait and them being out of multiple things. There have been handwritten signs up on the drive thru speaker alerting you they are out of all sides except fries for at least three months, yet when you order online, they miraculously have the sides. They are also usually out of whatever the chain is promoting on commercials. The service is always poor. ALWAYS. I don't believe I have ever gotten a fully correct order. Sadly, there is not another near me.

I really wanted the chicken sandwich ? for some reason on yesterday. I was soooo disappointed. The chicken tasted burnt. The fries were stale. I didn't want to drive back up there ?. I have to say I will not be going back any time soon to Popeyes. I am good on them now.

If I could give this location 0 starts I would! First I ordered a 14 piece family meal and a shrimp tackle box. One I had to wait 25 mins for my order which is fine but the chicken was not fresh at all and they only put 11 pieces in my box not 14. They forgot my large Cajun fry and my order of red bean and rice for my shrimp tackle box. They were very rude and when they brought out my food they forgot the condiments. When I called to speak to a manager of course no one picks up the phone ever!! I’m not sure who is over this store or owns it but this location should be shut down

Looks like my experience was the same as others listed here. We went last night at 7 PM. All they had was fries and no other sides. There was one and a half bins of chicken. We decided to go to south carrier location to get what we wanted. Overall, every time we give this location a try it sucks. They are always out of sides, even at 7 PM on a Monday night. Maybe I'll give them another shot in a year or two; until then south carrier is the best around!

Terrible service!! Employee spewed insults when I accidentally gave her the wrong card to pay. Saying “it’s an embarrassment I’m holding up the line with cars waiting”. In actuality once she told me she was able to run the card within 1-2 mins later. The manager joined in by rolling her eyes and giving me the nasty look. When I asked their name the manger refused to give me her name stating “No, because we didn’t do nothing to you”. I kept my composure and went inside. The manager continued to ignore me, refuse to give me her name. All the while I’m on the phone with the corporate representative making a complaint, but she didn’t care AT ALL. She had a stark and pious disposition as to say “I can do what I want”. She was looking down counting her till of money openly, and just walking back and forth. At a point the employee who had served me in the drive thru came to stand next to her . They both began to make a confused face and say “what’s wrong” “Oh no I wasn’t talking to you” The manager agreed the employee didn’t say what she said in the drive thru to me, but she was talking to her. Then the manager denied I ever asked her name as well. Complete gas-lighting. At that point I left out because 1 these scenarios are the type that individuals like this “throw rocks then hide their hands”. They always seem to find a way to twist the story. 2 my kids were waiting in the car. This was an absolutely horrible and unnecessary experience and waste of $42 dollars. I plan on contact the DM this store needs a completely new team!!

They had the option on the app to order take out. I ordered take out at 5:03. At about 5:20 I attempted to enter the restaurant and the doors were locked and I was told I had to get in the 12 car drive thru line. I got into the drive thru line only to be told to park back where I was and the order would be handed to me. It is 5:48 and I still don’t have my food.

I ordered red beans and rice mac and cheese they sent fries I paid 25 bucks for fries. I have covid I can't leave the house or I would have went up there. The phone doesn't work so I couldn't get through to call. horrible

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! Went on a Saturday afternoon at 1:00p. They where already out of sweet tea and the only sides they had where fries. Gave me my receipt and the order was completely wrong. They said they would have to charge me again for the order I actually wanted and give me a refund for the wrong order in TWO WEEKS!! Even though they charged me extra for the wrong order, I told them to forget about the refund because I just wanted my order. They said they couldn’t give me my order without charging me again and sending the refund. Made absolutely NO SENSE! After a lot of back and forth, I got my sandwich and when I got home, there was a long black hair in my sandwich. When I tried to call the number didn’t work. When I tried to file a complaint online, I couldn’t because my receipt didn’t have all the information on it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE store!
