FIRE EVERYBODY!!!!!!! I MEAN EVERYBODY!!!!!!!! Guy talking on the phone outside the store not doing his job all while contaminating the food when he goes back inside. I bet you 100 to 1 he does not wash his hands. Not only that I waited 15 minutes on the drive thru speaker with no line and No one took my order. Let me guess, they were on the phone as well or in the bathroom talking on the phone. And nobody bothers to wash their hands because they have to hurry back and act like they are working. WORST LOCATION AND SERVICE EVER. PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!DONT RISK YOUR HEALTH,TIME AND EFFORT!!!! THE ADDRESS IS 1200 SW GREEN OAKS BLVD. DEAR MANAGEMENT CLOSE THE RESTAURANT OR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL DO IT FOR YOU.
This is the saddest six piece tender meal I have ever seen. My tenders are almost the same sizes my fries missing one and one of my tenders is only a little bigger than a quarter... what a shame the quality inspector at the processing plant let these make it out the door to be sold to the public. And shame on you Popeyes for not training employees to throw the shoe string chicken tenders out. By the time I realized that I had been duped, shorted one hard shoe string size tender and one chocolate chip cookie. The store was closed and there was no hope of receiving a decent dinner. To all responsible for the sorry, overpriced, dry, totally disappointing excuse for tenders I say eat a bag of Richard's and get better at your job.
I used the drive thru. Spent just under $10 for a 2 piece combo meal. The guy standing near the register was cramming fries into his mouth and talking to the one collecting my money. The spicy chicken was dry and had uneven dark spots on the skin. It was really hard to eat the red beans and rice without a spoon! No straw for my drink either.Not going back.
I went Thru the drive thru at 2:20 today. He told me to pull up and he would bring out my order. 20 minutes later I walked in and the black young guy was talking with the manager about how many hours he could get. There was another guy in line. They didn’t even take his order . This is the worst Popeyes I have ever. Bee to. If it was my franchise. The 3 people working there would be fired. They never said I am sorry they forgot my cocktail sauce. Never got my drinks. My food was cold. They just talk amongst each other like the customers don’t exist.
Popeyes is some damn good chicken..got there kinda late since my youngest was in the ER and my oldest had volleyball and close to closing for the restaurant so they were low on most things as could be expected. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to offer great customer service without knowing a thing about me. Very much appreciated and a pleasure to talk to the staff
First time I experienced great customer service and support from this location and special thanks to the supervisor Lepe’ for allowing me to return with a incorrect order with no problems! This Popeyes location is good and official!
The popcorn shrimp was a pleasure to have! I also really enjoy the French fries that they have at Popeyes! It doesn't hurt that the popcorn shrimp meal is their Friday special either!

I never leave bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in life.I’ve tried this location several times and each time there’s something wrong with the order or a long wait. I decided since it had been several months I would give them one more try. Worst decision ever!The process started off a little rocky right away when I went to order my meal in the drive thru and was told don’t drive up to the window just stay at the window until they come back and tell me. Then about 3-4 mins later I finally was told to drive up to the window.Staff was unusually rude when I accidentally gave her the wrong card. After fixing the issue in no less than a minute or so the employee gives me my food and instead of saying thank you like I was expecting she says with a attitude “it’s embarrassing doing all that in the line when other cars are waiting ” Standing next to her was the manger giving me the dirtiest look and then rolled her eyes. I was utterly disgusted by their audacious lack of professionalism and rude body language and facial expressions. I was in shock.I left the drive thru but called back to get their names and confirm that was the manger. The location just lets the phone ring and ring so I circled back to the store. While at the same time calling corporate to file a complaint. When I went inside I saw the lady I assumed was the manger. I remained composed and even tempered and I let her know I had just been in the drive thru and didn’t appreciate the comments and overall behavior as a customer (who paid $42 btw).Get this she confirmed she was the manger, but refused to give me her name when I asked. The employee who had served me joined her then they both denied ever saying anything. The manger even chimed in to agree that in fact the employee made those comments to her not me. She even denied not want to give me her name until I said ok I just asked you. She then doubled back and said she wouldn’t give me her name although she was the manager because “We didn’t do nothing to you”?. At this point I knew I needed to leave fast. The manger of the store was unresponsive and instead of trying to hear & remedy their horrible behavior she joined in to attempt to gaslight and deny any wrong doing. Plus the food was not even hot.I regret giving this location a second try. Now I know why the church across the street never patronize them on Sunday’s . Whew they need a whole new manager and staff.You can tell this is just something they do and get away with frequently as they showed no emotion, concern, or a accountability.
