Where do I start?? I got threw drive thru and there's a sign that says order at the window. My family wanted Popeyes so I wait 25 mins just to place my order. I ask for Mac and cheese they say once again they don't have it but it's posted and advertised all over the restaurant. I order a 10 pc mixed meal only to get home and have a 9 peice white not everyone like dry white meat. Very disappointing. I had to ask for my receipt for the young kid to say what did you order.....um the lastorder you charged. This is the most pethetic Popeyes ever. Then I call because someone in my family doesn't get their two peices of chicken for no one to answer the phone. Just plain Sad. Will not be returning to this location EVER.
Bad experiences…1. A few years ago I visited this location. Before it was rebuilt. Every piece of chicken I had in my box had bone shards in them. I couldn’t make out what part of the chicken they were. Old and cold.2. My granddaughters wanted Popeyes so here I go again, after the renovation. I ask if I could buy all dark meat and was told no, by a girl in drive thru. I thought she may have been mistaken so I pulled up to the window and was told the same thing. Interesting ?3. Today my daughter wanted Popeyes. She likes their fries. After spending over 25$ on a meal which should have included 8 pc mixed, fries and biscuits she received 7pcs, 1 lump of fried chicken skin ( battered well), no fries and biscuits. Had to go back (she didn’t check her order at the window). The four employees were helping one customer so she waited patiently and got her fries. I decided to have a piece of the chicken and the taste reminded me of leftover chicken. Old and warm.I’ve been to other locations and never had an issue but this location I do not recommend.
You know that scene in Lethal Weapon 2 where they ____ at the drive-thru and they know you'll be miles away before you notice? Well, they got the sandwich right but the side was wrong. Also no utensils or napkins. The kid at the drive-thru window was more interested in what was going on on his cell phone. Popeyes you fail on customer experience and customer satisfaction. Boooooooo! Look at that nasty looking Mac and cheese.
I came to this location just a few minutes ago for lunch. I placed two orders, the first order was a 3 piece chicken with red beans and rice. My second order was a classic chicken combo. That includes the sandwich, French fries and a drink. The French fries were not hot and very hard. The sandwich was sloppy and just thrown together. I took the sandwich out the wrapper, mayonnaise or sauce was all over the package. Sauce just everywhere. To me that wasn't prepared correctly and just thrown together. I will not return to this location. The person who took my order, very unorganized no soda was available only tea and lemonade. Wow
Inside was still closed and we had a deal on the app that we were trying to use in the drive thru which was a mess and complete waste of time because the cashier refused to honor it and made up his own requirements for the free meal we were supposed to get without having to buy a large drink. We offered to show him the app deal but his response was we couldn't change the order at the window, you don't even deserve the 1 star I'm giving because after all that and finally getting to the window the manager told us the register was not able to produce receipts which we wanted to be able to do survey...so I canceled the order. Thank you for wasted time awful customer service.
I ordered and paid for a 14 piece family meal and instead they gave me 7piece of chicken that looks like it was 2 days old, soggy, and not good at all. The fries were stale and not cooked right either. If i hadnt check before i left i would have left with 7 piece of chicken missing and unsatisfied. Lets just say EVERYTHING was awful. When I went back inside all they had to say was "oh, sorry".I would take my business elsewhere, they don't seem like they care about the customer or their job.
Last i check pandemic was over why are doors still close . Then they take forever. Always missing something in my order. Food was not fresh , tasted like yesterday's chicken. You'd expect fresh but they admit to packaged chicken. Stell fries.worker very unprofessional.
0 stars for this nasty location! Food was hard and stale. They could not exchange it for fresh food and kept saying it was fresh when clear its not!!!! Couldn’t go in because it was locked, I don’t know who’s the manager but they are very rude here! ??? NASTY FOOD SOLD AT THIS LOCATION
Just sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before someone came out to tell me the speaker wasn’t working (long line), car in front of me was talking to the drive through worker for another 10 and didn’t even order . Employee had to tell 5 times to move ans when they finally left, employees were arguing at the window. Please be aware of this behavior from unsupervised kids. I didn’t even stay to order because who knew how much longer it would take!
High school kids will always ruin a great experience...They say they close at 10pm but it more like 8:30. They never have anything and always convince you at the window you should cancel just so they won't have to work and just so they can leave on time.You should go first thing when they open.
