We ordered online for pick up. We get there and sit at the speaker and are never acknowledged! I get it, y’all think if you don’t talk to customers we’ll go away. Unfortunately for them I had already prepaid and was not leaving without food, so we pulled up to the window. They ask for our number order AND DIDNT EVEN PULL UP THE ORDER! ? we showed them the order on my phone the cashier took my phone to the back AND STILL GOT THE ORDER WRONG! (Ordered a 14p family strip meal got a 4ps) When we tried to correct them the person working the window told my husband “there are 14 tenders in there” closed the window and wouldn’t come back. So we just accepted defeat and left.Didn’t even try to talk to a manager because it wasn’t even worth the time to argue with whoever is terribly running this location. I will just take it up with corporate directly. ☺️

For starters, I got the wrong order and couldn’t go back due to it being my lunch break. Tried to call but the phone number clearly doesn’t work. The food was HORRIBLE. The chicken nuggets tasted old like they are from the day before. The gravy on the potatoes tasted like barely flavored water. Do better I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

I placed a order online around 9:20pm for pick up,I arrived around 930 and waited in line until the young lady from the inside came outside to inform the customers that were waiting in the drive thru that they would be closing in two mins!! When she approached my vehicle I explained that I had already placed a order online and she responded with a,,oh....I get to the speaker and the young lady said that they had closed, I told her I was picking up my order. She asked for the name and order number I gave it to her and there was silence! After a pause she said that they didn't have all the order! .....so ....I asked them what did they have ready and she said that it would be ready when I got to the window... When I arrived at the window the young lady that said oh, informs me that they are outta chicken!!!! Wow...and when I ask what happen she decided to catch a attitude and shut the window and throw her hands as if I was a nuisance. So at this point I have to contact Popeyes to get a refund and find another location that will appreciate my business. I also recorded this whole incident ??‍♂️

Starting to believe all Popeyes have gone down the drain!! The 2 stars is for the apple pie and frozen lemonade drink.. they were decent. Younger Hispano male doing drive thru had a attitude and was rude. Tried to call about incorrect order of course they didn’t answer. Took food back and guy wanted to argue me down.. needless to say I got a refund and won’t give this or any other Popeyes a dime.

The girl working the drive thru was friendly and doing her job well. The line was ridiculously long and moved entirely too slow. It took 27 minutes to order and receive a kids tender meal and 1 chicken sandwich (that was supposed to be spicy but was wondering regular). Kids meal tasted great.

The cashier do not listen, trying to explain what we want to order, felt like she was kinda rude speaking in another language. Not sure if I will come back to this location too many bad reviews & I've experienced it. Management need to read their reviews before this location start losing business & money. Start with that drive- thru cashier.

Overall good experience minus the itty bitty tiny chicken leg if that's what you can even call it. It was more like a drumette. The lady that was working the drive-thru was very nice and the food was fresh. They need to update their pickup to drive thru only and not dine in because it was not open. Lack of staffing.

Not only did I place an order online that I wasn’t able to pick up until 6:40, but due to the slow nature of the staff they had the audacity to be rude. First of all when the first guy asked my name he then loudly said WHO... so I returned the same energy by loudly giving him my name again . The woman or girl who takes the money at the second window never said hello , never went over my order, just handed me my order after almost giving me the wrong order and walked off . No thank you no, nothing. I will definitely never be back

I placed an online order..and had to wait 30 min for my order when i got there..when i got the food it was dry an old i was missing a side and the kid's meals where wrong..im from New Orleans la I've been going to Popeyes for years..im disappointed..

Order process via app, disappointing. It said to pickup inside, but doors were locked. Had to spend 10+ minutes in drive thru. One of my 2 pcs of chicken was spicy and I ordered mild. I also ordered 'white': one was a breast, but it was sort of dry, the other was a wing (white??). Doubt i will order via app again, although i do at many other restaurants. (Previous time i used app, got to restaurant they said they did not have the chicken sand in stock...then why did app accept my order for that location?!)
