How are y'all going to run out of Chicken at 8:15pm in the middle of the week??? I love your food and I'm not the only one. So please inventory better. There are you men and women working there so I don't think it's there fault. But they might need a good manager. I should get my next Chicken free. Drove a good 15 minutes for no Chicken.
this particular location (green oaks blvd in Arlington)gets my order wrong every single time. i asked for the half chicken (#14) and spent over $15 for everything in this photo (chicken, tortillas, rice and salsa). This order is supposed to come with all this plus beans and grilled onions… they totally left the beans out, and ignored the fact that asked to substitute fries for the rice. great food, terrible customer service. my order has been wrong the last 3 visits…. i even received another mans food one of those times, which i didnt realize until i had gotten all the way home.
When I need some good protein or a relatively healthy fast food meal the half chicken here is my go to! My dog loves the skin and fat I remove, and the salsa verde makes this meal pop!
The two ladies(Yareli and Jackie) up front both greeted me when I walked in for a dine in experience and it was fantastic. The food smelled, looked, and tasted like every top Pollo Regio restaurant - the consistency is nice to have these days. This location will be my go to location from now on and a stable in my weekly diet.
They leave all the bones and chicken ligaments inside the meat. My quesadilla has several bones and other hard pieces I needed to pick out of my mouth. Who wants to be picking bones from their mouth when they’re chewing on their food. This is unacceptable and doesn’t provide the best food quality. Prior to cutting up your chicken PLEASE REMOVE EVERYTHING BUT THE MEAT AND THEN CHOP IT UP! It’s too many people complaining about this exact issue. I guess y’all will not learn until you get sued.

My favorite Pollo Regio in Arlington. Roomy, always chips, accommodating, consistent. Only downside is people pulling chairs against floor surface, kinda loud, but love the reliability of this location.
Today we went to Pollo Regio and ordered some flautas and nachos and it was delicious! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I liked the way Julissa, Jacqueline and Martin work together like a team. The place was nice and very clean. Keep up the good work guys! Reggaeton ? Dallas highly recommends this location!
