Muy buen servicio pollo regio mi favorito
My tortillas were old and hard. I didn’t receive any limes. My torta only had a spoon full of meat inside. If i had of known this is what i was going to be receiving i would have went somewhere else. The only reason the food didn’t get returned is because i drove far and have a busy day ahead of me. Will be going to a different location from now on.
I’ve been to plenty of Pollo Regio’s in Dallas, Mesquite, FW, and in Arlington but this location is my favorite out of all! Friendly and helpful service always and the food is always delicious. They have never went wrong with anything!!
This Pollo Regio is the best! I come from New York every year and I come to this particular Regio’s for their consistent fresh, hot deliciousness. They deliver Everytime!

Their green salsa isn't as spicy as it use to be. And because they have gone up in quantity they have gone down a bit in quality. But overall their still a good place to eat!
Went and dined in yesterday. They were busy but they had great customer service. It was a African American guy and a hispanic up at the front. So nice and attentive.

The best chicken ever and the workers are so nice and hard working best service too. Specific workers that i truly want to promote is Emili Martinez for giving great service and getting everything right and having fast movements
Love the food and staff is overall very friendly. The only reason I don't give it a 5 is cuz they no longer had my favorite salsa. But overall still highly recommend.
