Went yesterday for a baked potato, waited 20 minutes plus in line to be told they were all out. No common courtesy to let me know they ran out prior to the wait...drove to another nearby & it was shut down...

I went today this morning and Berenice the cashier took good care of me! She was super fast and had the restaurant shinning. Will come back!
We waited a long time in a very hot dinning room for ok chicken and barbacoa and they were out of chips. The employees must have been bothered by the heat because they were not terribly polite or cheerful. The beans and rice were good though.
If I could give zero stars believe me I would first of all we walk in and get looked at like we don’t belong in here. The lady was very rude she just looked at us while we tried to order tried my boyfriend didn’t even get what he wanted because she was acting like she didn’t understand him he literally just said number #10 and she was just not understanding so he just got the same as me the rudeness was crazy this was my first time ever coming to this place and I will never be back not to mention the place looks like its not sanitary at all. You could honestly tell this lady did not want to be there we should have walked out because now I don’t even want to eat these tacos.Honestly get it together if you have an employee that can’t deal with customers don’t let them be the cashier because this lady was not it.
Waited more than 30 minutes waiting for my food through drive-thru and then for Elva to give me a face when I ask for extra utensils! She was rude and unprofessional. Forgot my green salsa and then gave me an attitude when I honked for it. Never coming to this location again.
Pollo regio is a great place to eat, the Cooper location was kinda off. Would have given it a 1 star but I did a review on the regio app and they contacted me and said they will fox the matter so that's why i gave it a 3 star because they care about the customers. Great place to eat fresh chicken but would recommend the fort worth location by a Mexican mall that place is 4.5 stars all the way.
Very excellent service! fast and very friendly staff. Elva was very efficient and friendly, I would love for all restaurants to have professional and efficient people like her and the rest of the staff in this store! That's why I leave my 5 stars because I value good customer service and good food.
It was late night and till food was nice n hot. Very good!
