4 pcs you would think white/dark nope. waited over 15 mins food stone cold and chicken looked as is someone or thing ate the skin and left scraps for the dogs but an employee leaving with oversized bag...you get my heck no feed me no more chant

This restaurant has very slow service as they don't seem to prioritize speed service. We ordered our food at 12:36 pm (per our receipt) and didn't get served till 1:45 pm. I understand that sometimes restaurants are understaffed, so my family and I was very patient. However, after an hour we were very concerned because it seemed like our wait was way too long. We noticed that people who had ordered around the same time as us had already been served and were even finished eating. It was clear that there was some miscommunication among staff because a staff member brought out a plate of food, set it on our table and asked us if it was our order. We saw that the food was not our correct order and informed the staff member who took the order to another table. When we finally did receive our order, it was in a to go bag and we were confused because we never asked for our order to go. We told the staff member to leave the food in the to go bag and we simply unpacked it and ate there at the restaurant. I'm not sure if the staff was new or what was going on, but they definitely need some additional training. Staff members need to communicate more clearly, so they're not confused and don't bring the wrong order to the wrong customer. They also need to work on their service time because over an hour long wait, is way too long for just one dine in order. The least the staff could've done is kept us updated and explained why our food was taking so long. It wasn't until my mom got up and spoke up in front of other customers, that the manager finally took notice of our issue. I've already submitted a formal complaint on the company's website and hope to hear back about how the restaurant plans to correct this. I hope other customers don't have the same experience as my family and I did. As for the food, I rate it as average. I've had Pollo Campero before at other locations and it tastes delicious, but this location's doesn't quite hit the same. I will no longer be returning to this restaurant due to the terrible service and the lack of taste in the chicken.
I went on Sat. (eve.) to order a 12 pcs. combo and Drive-T, a lady told me that I have to wait 15 mins. to get it; other way, I only can get legs in that moment.I said Ok,I'll wait, buy I just dont want wings, and she said that I have to get wings or I have to pay for every 3 pieces of whatever I want to order.I mean, I can get only legs for same price or wait and pay more for what I really want.I didn't order and I wont visit this place anymore, so sad "the new policy" for regular customer
Ordered online I got to the restaurant went through the drive-through was fantastic they cook my food order so I was piping hot I got the air fried chicken roll empanadas fantastic I’ll be back again and again
The flavors are unique and might be something of an aquired taste but you definitely can't beat the price. It was amazingly affordable. After you order you're served at your table on ceramic plates which gave it a home feel. To add to that feeling were the drinks that they offered which different than your standard soft drink selection. This place really has its own feel and is all around unique.
I really love this place not only coz is from my country, the prices at not bad at all, food was hot n fresh, the sizes are worth the price and the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is coz we had to wait a little bit for the empanadas and they didn't have horchata, besides that I loved all we ate, didn't have the chance to take pictures coz we were really hungry and I forgot :(. I would definitely recommend to try the fried yucas and empanadas; the bowls are big compare to another stores and the chicken on the bowl was hot not cold. Meals do not come with the drink.
What a waste of money rice is horrible look like is microwave instant rice and they give 2 tortillas warm on microwave and the chicken test really bad too much spices and too much lemon HORRIBLE !! First and last
The fried chicken was delicious! The seasonings were different and satisfying indeed! With real dinnerware and plates to top it off!Thank you Pollo Campero and yes, friendly wait staff!
