First time at Pluckers Wing Bar and it was a decent experience. Appetizers and Entrees came out quick and fresh given the circumstances. The employee who waited on us was very kind, helpful and informative.I ordered the Chicken Cheesesteak and it was delicious. Yes, I understand it’s a Wing bar but their other options are just as delicious!Thank you, Pluckers!
Waited over an hour for our food (3 people so it wasn’t that much food). Waiter said he’d get the manager so she could talk to us, but she never came. We had to go ask the front desk for the manager and she came after that. She said she may be able to get us a free dessert, but we told her that we had been waiting over an hour, and still are waiting, and the food should be paid for. She said was able to compensate our food after thinking about it. So that was the least they could do. The waiter was nice and understanding through it all though. He felt bad and did everything he could. Was the only good service there.
Overall my experience was great. Sat immediately, didn't take long for a happy, funny waitress to get to us, appetizers came out quick and one was great (tatchos), the other which was chips and queso, the queso was good but the chips were stale like they'd sat out for days and days.The main courses of chicken Philly cheese steak, honey bbq burger, BLT and the honey BBQ salad were excellent.
Pluckers is my favorite place in the world! Go here about once a week, but tonight was horrible! I ordered to-go due to the wait time being over 3 hours, to go was a 45 minute wait which is fine. I go inside and pay, leave get home and come to find out that my entire $66 order was incorrect!! Flavors far from what I ordered, the only thing correct on my tag was the holy Mac! Called to see if there was anything that could be done about it, and after the 18 minute wait someone finally answers and transfers me to a manager. Manager sounded very careless and said he couldn’t do anything about it unless I brought the order back, which I somewhat understand but I live over 30 minutes away!! So disappointed in this location, and the fact that I couldn’t even get ranch in my bag for all 3 orders, had one ranch inside my holy Mac box. I would suggest going to a different location or definitely checking everything on your order before leaving the counter before you even leave, they might think you’re lying like they did with me.
The boyfriend and I decided on some wings for a date night and Pluckers didn’t disappoint! Our server Angel was amazing and she had such a great personality. Her service was on point and she gave us some great food recommendations. I can’t tell you how important that was for us because nothing is worst than having a date night and having the person serving you have a bad attitude. Great food and great service. Let me say I’ve eaten here before years ago and it wasn’t good. So tried it again and Dominique was our waiter. He was nice and friendly, helpful got our orders right and he knew the menu so he could offer significant needed.We had the pickles, tater tots , Mac and cheese ranch wings and spicy garlic wings. This was delicious!!!I was stuffed afterwards. Oh yeah we had the strawberry lemonade and it was so good.I will definitely be going back and I must say I’ve been slipping on this foodIt was well worth with!! See you again soon, very soon?
It was our first time here and everything was amazing! I took a step outside my comfort zone to try things I've never had before and I'm glad I did. I had The Kitchen Sink, The Appetizer Sampler and Fried Oreos with a side of sweet tea which was huge btw. I was highly impressed by this place that I joined The Pluckers Club for rewards because that's how much I know we're going to be coming back here?
UPDATE: Shout out to the owner of this place for taking care of our situation. Very professional and asked if there was something he could do to help us. Thank you!Make sure you join the waitlist on YELP before you come here an hour in advance! It gets busy. Nice spot in Arlington Highlands, great variety of drinks, Wings, Burgers, sandwiches, etc. The wait did take almost an hour and our food unfortunately was at a cool temperature. Overall good experience though.
Foods always good. But when I get to go they forget EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I live 35 minutes away so by the time I always check it’s too late. So annoying. Only gave me entree smh.Update: I have been contacted about my experience and I do appreciate their communication and concern in the situation. I LOVE the food here so let’s see what happens when I go next time?
We went to Pluckers. We did have to wait quite a while for our food. However, the manager Bryan made it right and the food was great! We will be back! Thank you Bryan!
