Normally this is my go to frozen yogurt place but I went there a couple days ago and they closed the place at 9:30 even though they closed at 10 and I asked why and they said it’s none of my business.

Why do you closed 15 minutes before closing hours???? This is bad!!!!!!on 9/30/2021 I drove 20 minutes to this place because I saw you close @10pm and I come to find out the staff locked the doors 15 minutes before closing time!!!! This is bad for your business I will not be buying frozen yogurt never again from this place !!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!

I can't have dairy so the coconut ice cream they have is amazingly good and they have toppings I c as n have as well

Horrible. Expensive for the proportions you get. Rude staff. Just moved to N Texas and we love frozen yogurt. Orange Theory was our place in San Antonio and Menchies was THE PLACE when we lived in CA. Pinkberry is shameful. We will keep looking and cross Pinkberry off the list.
The best ice cream place the pomegranate ice cream with granola is the best refreshing ice cream there!
The original fro-yo was delicious and I liked the fresh fruits they offered. I would give 5 stars only if the staff were nice. The 2 girls working there were rude. One of them was okay(still rude). But the other girl was extremely rude. She is whispering to the other girl and made us uncomfortable.If you are fine with worse customer service, I would recommend there to get their sweets....I’m sure I’ll never come back here again.I’ll just choose other ice cream store nearby.
