The quality of the food is really good. However, with the new increasing pricing for the same ingredients they say they’ve improved on seem a bit unfair. I understand that the economy has inflated prices, but charging $2.50-$4.00 extra per item (items vary on pricing) seems a bit too much. I love this place, but the pricing is a bit too much for the same ingredients and quality that they proclaimed has “improved” / “changed”. Just be up front and honest to customers, I’m sure people will understand.
I’ve been to other pho restaurants in the area, but I prefer this one in particular. They’re never really that busy. I recommend getting the spring rolls. My only concern is that my drinks always feel a little flat when I come, little to no carbonation. Otherwise, customer service is always excellent. My pho is always hot and the broths are delicious.
Service was decent. However, EVERYTHING was dirty. The walls, the glasses, the floor, the booths.. pretty much everything. The broth was weak and poor. This restaurant used to be a top tier.. not it's D+ at most. We have eaten here several times before, but this time we could not even finish our food. We will not return. We feel like we wasted our money. Will not return.

The Pho was amazing, I hate that I had to grab and go but I'll be back for more. The #16 is what I ordered, the only problem is that I had to switch it to my personal cup because I had no room to add everything to the styrofoam cup they put the broth in and I had to eat in the car
Tried this Pho place. Plenty of parking. Fast to sit you down but the food came before our drinks. Great selection from Korean BBQ to Pho to an awesome house special. Very reasonable priced. Once you order and get your food we didnt see the wait staff again until they dropped off the bill. I will come back simple because the price is reasonable, alot more plates to try, the food is good, and easy to get back on to cooper street and right back on I-20.
The Pho is really good here and they have excellent service. I would definitely recommend!
I have been to this place many times over the past 6 years, because their food is pretty good. What I hate about them is their customer service, we usually order the pho, and we ALWAYS ask for extra limes, which they know, so they purposely won't come to our table just to avoid being asked for extra limes. Last time I asked one of the girls for exrra limes, she rolled her eyes at me. Its not like I'm asking for free limes. The oldest lady there is the rudest of them all

We heard such good things about this restaurant and were so excited to try it. So, we placed an order for pick up. I got the teriyaki chicken and rice. I found multiple long blondish hairs in my food. I’m really sad about it because it was really good but I took 2 bites and just couldn’t continue after finding 5 hairs. We were also charged for 2 orders of pho after ordering just one small order.
