This is my last time at this restaurant. I spent over $65 with a tip and this is the second time that this business got my online order wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken Alfredo and it came without chicken so i basically had only carbs for dinner. I called to ask for the manager (Heather) to give them an opportunity to keep me as a customer and she hung up in my face. Talk about professionalism. They’ll never have my business again.
I’ve been eating at PastaMasta since they first opened at their old location. Their new location off Collins is even closer to me! The food is great, they use very quality ingredients, and the staff is always welcoming and sweet!!!!!!!
The food was fine, not anything special. But the facilities and service left a lot to be desired. All surfaces were sticky and dirty, soda station was dirty and had no ice, and the cashier was often no where to be seen.
The staff is extremely nice, they have great prices, get the food out super fast, the food is very good along with a pretty good portion. I highly recommend coming here!
Pretty neat set up, I loved the food here, and the manager or chef at the time before I left saw I didn't have my shrimp and made sure I got it! Definitely coming back soon
Staff was very nice and helpful, food was hot, good portions, however...the alfredo sauce was just horrible, watery, and bland....I've had better sauce bought in a jar...no effort whatsoever put into it...the build your own pasta is a great ideawith several good choices though
The service was great, they were very friendly. There was a large variety of ways to order pasta. I was not a fan of the chicken alfredo, it was bland. The bread sticks were good.
I don't know why I never ordered from them when they were across for m AHS but I ordered Uber eats from here the other night and they were very quick. The food was absolutely amazing. Bread sticks were fresh and hot. I got the Cajun chicken Alfredo, it had some kick and the portion was huge!!! Enough for lunch the next day. Kids had the spaghetti and meat balls and another had the bruschetta chicken pasta. They all looked delicious!!! Will definitely order or go in again!!!! If you just want pasta this hits the spot!!!
Me and my girl intended to stop by Chipotle; seen this place went in and the staff was very helpful. The build your own pasta was great, the portion size is more than enough. If you see it, try it!
Alfredo sauce is really bland. I legitimately did not eat my food. They also forgot to put the chicken I requested in my pasta. Maybe they have other options that are better but that alfredo sauce was depressing
