I wanted a Happy Hour snack but they don't unfortunately they participate. I needed a protien pick-me-up so I got a beef enchilada and black beans. The flavor profile of the enchilada was phenomenal but the beans were meh. I found a hair in the complementary salsa. It was good before that. I sat at the bar and the service was average but I didn't order a drink. I'd come back though.
We loved our nachos and drinks. The atmosphere was great as was the service. We will definitely be back.
Great food and service….Ceviche, guacamole, etc…all great. Easy to order too much and over eat :) I recommend….better when hungry
My wife and I had lunch here on 5/14, and as always, the service, food, and overall experience was superb! We usually attend a couple of Texas Ranger games each season, and we always say we want to try new places, but we always head back to Pappasito’s. We shared the large queso, and the lunch fajitas. The quality and flavor of the beef are always spot on, and we really enjoy the the cilantro and garlic butter. Highly recommend for this excellent Tex/Mex spot!
Came here back in 2021 and we seem to always make our way here. The food is great and the drinks are awesome!! Hopefully they keep 'em coming and strong just how I like 'em. Definitely a must stop, but be sure to get there early cause it does get packed. Never a dull moment here. So if you are in the area, be sure to make a pit stop here. I recommend it to anyone and everyone
We stopped in right about 40 minutes before closing. We were coming straight from 6 flags. The waiter, Tyler was very kind and welcoming to us. He was very prompt and took our order. We tried the Renosa enchilada plate. Our kids had the kids plate. One of our children had the fajita soft taco off of the child's plate. And our other child had a cheese enchilada with red sauce. Both of our children commented on how good the food was and how hot it was! Our son enjoyed his cheese enchilada and was very impressed at how hot and stringy it was! The chips and salsa were delicious. Cokes refresh. However they do have a bar which will serve all kinds of different beverages. My husband and I enjoyed our enchilada plate as well. Great staff, kind and friendly even when we were running in very quickly. We left the restaurant about 9: 08. Great quick and friendly service! Thanks Papacitos for a great dine in experience!!!
Great place as always. Server and Manager were very helpful with our gluten free questions and making sure what we ordered was safe for us. We were not fans of the gluten free chips so took our chances with the regular chips. Only reason for concern on those wss cross contamination from them not being fried in a dedicated fryer. No issues as of yet. For the sour cream chicken enchiladas my dad just got sour cream on the side since the sauce had flour in it. Still love eating at Pappasitos! Enjoyed the cajeta dessert as always, still no effects from that either so not sure why its not on the gluten free menu. My only wish is they would have a dedicated fryer for their chips because we absolutely love the chips and salsa! Thank you for the great food and service!
I’ve never been here before. The food was really good, the server was awful. She was older but I can’t remember her name. She was always at the table reaching over all nine of us at the worst times, interrupting us but anytime we needed anything she was nowhere to be found AT ALL. I spent $280.00 the food was great the server definitely did not deserve a $50.00 tip. I wish I could go reach over her dinner table while she’s eating and grab plates- that is so rude to me and there were so many rude things she did. Common sense is free. If I had of tipped her what she actually deserved it would have been $5.00 and I use to be a server.UPDATE- I just looked at the receipt the server was Teresa B and it was tonight.I didn’t talk to manager which I definitely should have because it was my best friends birthday and I kept thinking “there’s no way she’s going to keep reaching over us and interrupting us the whole time” but she did and it was the entire meal.Then I felt like she hid when we needed things or asked for things.
Wasn't sure what to get so I got the pasito's platter and boy was it good. It's a bit on the expensive side but the meat was amazing. Server was really good and you get chips with dip included. Atmosphere is really good and get you a drink to get you buzzing and you will be all set. I personally got the margarita and sheeessssshhhhh. But i digress it was a good experience overall but def not a reg spot for the price. It's definitely and expensive date but worth it.
Same flavor that we come back for every time, dessert should be shared with at least four people lol
