Food was good. 2 of us got our order to go. The sandwiches were good and both pizza's were good. We went back the following week.
The laziness of this staff is ridiculous. If it’s during the day your order is not correct and if it’s almost closing they won’t put in any effort to make your order correct. A few mins ago I got frozen bits in my salad which was supposed to be a large but the staff told me it’s considered a small? The price was $16 but you give me a small salad? If you value your food and money don’t go to this location go elsewhere.
Food is mediocre and overpriced. My family likes it though so we keep coming back. Just not impressed.
Employees work with food and don't mask is a big no for me. I really wanted to like it. Employees wore masks under their chins.
The food at this location it’s always delicious and I have no complaint about this because this restaurant chain it’s the best. However, every day I go there to get coffee, the half & half, whole milk or almond milk doesn’t have labels on the bottles to distinguish which is which and that hasn’t changed in months. They should do something about and also alway make sure there’s enough coffee in every mug.

I highly recommend that if you don't already have the Panera coffee subscription, GET IT!! IT'S WORTH IT FOR $8.99 A MONTH!!! When you first sign up, you get the first 3 months FREE; who doesn't LOVE that!! The staff is always so friendly here and coffee is always fresh. Just make sure to get there early to grab your pumpkin muffin; if that's the muffin of your choice. Also, the bangels are delicious, as well as, the Asiago bread. I make thin grill cheese with this bread, and my kids LOVE IT.
Coffee always has grounds in it, yuckMy orders through drive through are rarely right and I have to go back for them to remake the order. Management doesn't wear a mask when making your food yuck!
First time customer inside, very poor service. The reason for a 2 rating is due to the nice to go containers.
idk what's going on with this location. I get the same exact thing each time, but the last two times the lettuce has looked old and nasty. I called last week so this week I ended up getting the meal free, I thought that was great. I got home to eat it and same thing as last week. I was able to eat the chicken and those little wonton strips. Otherwise it was pretty gross. It is pretty clear this isn't just wilted, it looks like it has been sitting at the bottom of the bin all day or over a period of days. 2 stars cos the staff are very nice.
