My girlfriend and I went there for dinner. I had the snow pea beef, and she had the vegetarian broccoli. The food came out piping hot, and was very very good. The vegetables were crisp and well cooked and the beef melted in your mouth! The staff was friendly, the cutlery was gleaming, and they even provided a chopstick rest. One of the best dining experience I've had in the north Texas area. I truly hope you try it!
Wow, such a disappointment. I used to be a regular at the old panda house when it was by UTA. I was hoping to get a taste of nostalgia, but would have been happy with just good food. I was let down on both fronts. Their prices have increased significantly, which I wouldn’t complain about except that their portions have also decreased significantly and the quality is severely lacking.We ordered delivery - Sesame chicken, Lemon chicken, Beef and scallops, and Chicken fried rice. First, the sesame chicken container was only half full. It looked like someone else’s leftovers. The beef and scallops had a scant amount of beef and scallops. It was 95% snow peas and bamboo shoots. The lemon chicken sauce was thin and had almost no color. It tasted good, but that was the high point. The chicken was small, dry, crispy bits of leather. The chicken fried rice was probably the best thing we received; however it was bordering on cold as was the rest of the food.When so many other Chinese restaurants in the area are able to provide higher quality food at a better value, there’s just no excuse. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.
My wife and I came here for dinner and it being Friday they were super slammed with online orders aswell as a busy dinning room. A hand full of customers were being extremely rude and impatient and the woman working there named Jen handled everything like a pro! She was so kind and courteous while people were being so mean. She was amazing and as always so was the food.we need more people like her!
We ordered shrimp egg foo young and happy family (takeout) and enjoyed it so much we had it again! My sister liked the happy family a lot, and samples I had were very good. Their egg foo young is what I wish for when I think of the dish. Egg cakes are firm and nicely cooked; sauce is thick and tasty. Very filling. With rice & sides, enough for 2 or 3 meals. I would be happy to have less salt (hey, I should ask!), but the food is very enjoyable as it is. We are very happy with the food, and staff who have helped me are great.

Food here is not bad and not great but good enough and it’s our local Chinese so we order semi regularly. Today because of the holidays I have a cousin that doesn’t like that boiled chicken taste from Chinese restaurants so prefers pork. Ordered pork lo mein and combo fried rice with chicken on the side. Chicken was not on the side. Ok cool. But the lo mein was chicken. U know how it goes you’ve waited an hour everyone’s hungry u pick around it and then I called and told them I took the chicken out but would like the lo mein replaced with what I actually ordered and even though I had grub hub delivery I could come pick it up tomorrow. Guy on the phone says to the cook “I put in pork they say it’s chicken”…his response was indistinguishable to me but picking up on the tone sounds as if he debates with him. I told him hey no problem I don’t order $60 worth of food a couple times a month to try to get a 10 dollar lo mein for free, this time I’ll just leave a review. Point is, if they mess up, they are not cool about fixing it. That’s bad business to me.
My son and I dined here tonight and had a great experience. The food was great, excellent flavor and decent portions. The service was wonderful and attentive. The food came out quickly but not quick enough that I felt like they had it sitting back there. It is definitely somewhere we will come again.
Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would. Before this place moved off of copper, I regularly ordered from them because I loved them. Since then, they have gone down in quality; both in service and food. I ordered my usual, and when I received it, not only was half of the order wrong, but the other half was inedible. The insides of the egg rolls completely fell out of the crust and the “beef” was so mushy and rubbery that you had to chew it for two minutes before you could even muster the courage to swallow it. When I called to complain to the manager, she told me (and I quote) that she “couldn’t guarantee the quality of the food” and would only be refunding me for the half that was incorrect before HANGING UP ON ME because I told her I wanted a full refund. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Don't go to Panda House in Arlington. They charge you a surcharge for using a credit card without telling you. I could have paid cash but I wasn't warned. I saw the charge after my card was charged. They don't care about the customers in the restaurant just the to- go/delivery orders. We got cold food tonight. No drink refills. We were charge 71$ for two entrees and two appetizers and two ice teasWe couldn't even eat a third of our cold food. No hot sauce ever came for my son's duck. . No alcohol no desert. Horrible experience.
We found our favorite Chinese restaurant! This restaurant has delicious and quality food, great prices and service, and a comfortable environment. We will be back soon!
