I went inside the restaurant to place an order.There was only 1 car in drive through and NO one in line inside. I walked up to the counter and waited couple of minutes as 1 lady prepared an order for drive through, 1 other lady was prepping food and talking to another male that was standing there with his arms folded doing NOTHING. There was another male near the back of the kitchen that appeared to do nothing as well and NO ONE ever even acknowledged I was standing there. I have ZERO understanding & tolerance for poor customer service - so I left.Because I’m aware that things aren’t always as they appear, I could let the 2 guys standing there doing absolutely NOTHING slide but the fact that the store (besides 1 group that was already seated) was basically EMPTY, they weren’t busy and I was the only 1 standing in line - right at the counter without so much as a “We’ll be right with you.”Needless to say I left without purchasing the 2 meals I went in for & have no intent to patronize them in the future. This was my 2nd time in this location with poor customer service.
They actually stop making food an hour before closing. Just heads up
Ordered white rice, rice was half done. Employee excerpt rice was 60 done, refused exchange,
I been here twice since I moved here and they gt my orders both wrong I asked for fried rice and they gave me white rice I hate white rice so much and I couldn't take it back because I had to work it ruined my day then the last time they gave me the wrong meat that I asked for ??
They closed at 10pm but if you go to buy food at 8 or 9pm they never have chicken as an entrée. So at the end they want you to get what they have left for the day not want the menu says.
This place use to be a hit but service and the quality of the food have gone down. How are you going to give me what I didn't order and then fuss with me because I spoke up?It's been 9 months since my last visit. I ordered $30+ worth of food and the order was wrong. Officially done with this place.
This location closed everything down at 9pm when they close at 9:30pm and proceeded to tell me they close at 9pm and only had orange chicken and fried rice. I called to verify and said they close at 9:30 and asked why are they closing down early at 9 like they told me in person. The person didn’t have an answer and I asked for the manager and they said there was not one on sight. Horrible service and how is there no manager there?(photo was taken at 9:05pm. Main lights off and chairs up. Only lights near the cooking area were on)
Dining room is randomly closed. They also gave me my food in a Kroger bag. Unprofessional
What the heck is up with drive thru telling us to go park and making us wait 20 -30 mins! And then the person came up to 4 different vehicles asking if the bag they were holding was theirs? and they always have our orders wrong!
Stopped in today to grab a quick lunch. Woman on the drive thru was extremely hard to understand and it showed when we got our food. The only thing that was right was the large side of chow mein. The other meal was totally useless and uneatable. It was basically a waste of $20 even though the said woman also doesn't know how to make change. She tried to keep $4 of the change. I will not return and encourage others to do the same.
