Came here today to get some Gelato after shopping. I decided to get the Bubblegum flavor in a shake and it was delicious. I've never had gelato before so I never knew how fast it melts. If you choose to come, get a shake so it doesn't melt all over your clothes. The lady that served us around 1pm was nice. Definitely recommend on a hot day like today!

This was my 1st time visiting Paciugo. I liked that they had dairy free options since I'm lactose intolerant. I tried the sugar free, coconut base, dairy free chocolate option and added nuts. It was delicious!!! An hour later I could not leave the bathroom because I had food poisoning. I knew it had to be the gelato because it was the only thing I had eaten that day. I almost had to go to the emergency room. Needless to say that was my 1st & last time eating there.
I visited Paciugo today and I will NEVER EVER GO BACK! A VERY RUDE associate by the name of Vin is by far the most disrespectful person I have ever met. The last time I visited this place the ice cream tasted spoiled so I decided to give it another try…however after the encounter with Vin I will not ever go back and will ensure that the word is spreaded regarding this Arlington Parks Mall location.
Showed up at 7:45 tonight and the lady was already putting the gelato away. Google says they close at 9.
Great little gelato place. Came with my mom for her birthday and she had the Texan pecan and wedding cake. I got the cookies/cream and red velvet. It was delicious!! The toppings are as if they JUST threw them on when scooping the gelato. They aren’t soggy like some stuff can get. Prices are a bit high though.

We went to Italy for our honeymoon and gorged ourselves on gelato in Rome, Naples, and Florence. You NEED to have some if you never have before!...and this place is legit gelato. Way better than ice cream.
The employee at the counter was awful. The order was wrong, took way too long. The woman who took the order was extremely rude. I personally will never recommend this facility to anyone I know. I will also NEVER return. I hope management can provide further training to the employees.
