Maurice is the GOAT! He's the best bartender I've had in a long time! He gave me an honest opinion of what was good or not, something I don't often receive at other places. His recommendations were spot on! I got the shrimp tacos and they were awesome! Also can't beat the $5 margarita, I think it was coconut. All around great experience!
No hostess to greet us at the door, and we waited 45 minutes to be seated in an empty dining room. They were short staffed, so that's the theme & they really ran with it. Wait staff was nice and all, but food still took an additional hour to arrive... And it was incorrect. We sent the wrong food back and they came back out... Incorrect. At this point we're in this place over 2 hours and still hadn't eaten the food we actually wanted to eat/ordered. Cancelled our margaritas because we didn't have time to wait for another 45 minutes for them.We understood the place was short staffed and probably would have came back another time and considered this night a fluke... However, when we spoke to the manager about our experience, he simply stated "Okay. Is there anything else?" That was pretty insulting & we were shocked, to say the least. Any sympathy we had for this place evaporated due to our interaction with the manager. Never again.
I agree with the person who said their the whole restaurant away. No one here cares about keeping the place clean. No one even acts like they want to make money. We stood at the front waiting to be seated a 3 different people walked by. Food was gross... tasted old and like oils hadn't been changed. Waitress forgot parts of our order. Couldn't get a drink refill to save our life. First half of order came out and second part came out 15 minutes later.
Service was bad. I ordered 3 different tacos and they were all gross. I ordered tacos Al pastor, birria tacos, and tacos Al carbon. They were all very dry. Don’t order the tacos at this place. The beans and rice were good :)
Second time I ordered via uber eats. they DON'T listen to instructions and always leave out an item. Driver said the to go guys handed it to him. They always missing an item and give you the ingredients you don't want!! I really said no pico no sour cream and here it is touching the guac. ?? Then when I call they're willing to help UNTIL i say its an uber eats order then the guy gonna tell me "oh I have nothing to do with that that's not our fault." YES IT IS if you don't double check the order for the customer before bagging. Tryna pass the buck to Uber eats knowing the driver is not allowed to open and touch food. Only the restaurant can. No help what so ever and they even hung up on me one time while I was on hold. How does uber eats have better customer service then my local restaurant that im TRYING to support without getting irritated. ??????????
The manager at this establishment was very friendly extremely hard working older man. However, his employees were all lazy talking or playing on their phones. I was served by the manager which is why I gave three stars he was the only reason this trip was enjoyable. I definitely think they need to retrain employees to respect manager.
The Coke had almost no flavor so I had to drink ice tea. They were seriously short on help but isn't everybody? Service time is a reasonable all things considered. Food had a good flavor, the portions were a bit smaller than most similar restaurants. Typical salsa out of a jar but overall a good meal
Throw the whole restaurant away! Filthy from the front door to the back. This was the womens restroom. In these days and time hand washing is critical and the soap dispenser is broken.. we ordered guacamole and chips and that was the best dish brought out. I ordered the taco salad with ground beef and the mystery meat was cold and pink when I brought it to manager Mike’s attention he told me the meat comes fully cooked from an outside company. I only took the one bite and told him I couldn’t eat it and handed him the plate. He said he would take it off but when the bill for the guacamole was brought out it still had the precooked mystery meat salad on it, he conveniently forgot to take it off! If the waitress Wendy wasn’t so sweet I would have walked out without paying. Stay away this place is going to give someone a lengthy stay in the hospital
I went to this restaurant and was denied service from Mike and a cashier. I was trying to place a to-go order and The Manger told me to wait I waited for 10mins I still couldn't place a order ,I rung the bell again, He then told me he is busy ,I then asked for the Number to the store manager he give me his number and tells me bye and calls me a ugly Black lady ... I will be contacting corporate
Wednesday has taco special $2/ea, taco brisket $4/ea. Kids meal, beef enchilada. Chips & salsa is free.Taste good
