Always so nice and attentive! I loved this location the best because they always seat us fairly quickly and our food is brought to us very quick. Thank you for all that you do and making my little girls 14th birthday special! ??❤️

Absolutely amazing Lunch today..Our Five Star waitress was Shelby, one of the finest dining experiences I've had in a while. Shelby assisted me in signing up for the Olive Garden eClub and we received a free appetizer. Shelby also suggested the Lunch Special of Chicken Parmesan which was awesome along with the huge salad and bread sticks.My son ordered the Chicken Fettuccine and started of with soup that looked delicious as well. We later added a couple of take home meals as well.Thank you Shelby for a wonderful experience today.?
I was planning to take my bridal party in for an engagement dinner celebration! I called in the morning to ask for a reservation! I asked if I needed to make any arrangements since it was a party of 12! I was told no I could go online and schedule my wait in line or I could just come in and we would be seated… We all get to the restaurant 4604 S Cooper St, Arlington, TX 76017 with 30mins to spare and we’re told by the host it’s gonna be 3HOURS!!!! I asked why so long!!! She said for a party that size we can’t just sit you… I called and tried to avoid this!!!! Way To Drop The Ball OG!!! You turned down a table of servers that TIP VERY WELL!!!! Best believe we will be telling everyone having a big party how bad the service was!!!!
I'm a salad and pasta fasul guy...but I love the $5 take home extra menu. Best deal out there.
I liked the food better then other location near by, at least that day. Service was excellent. Our table had strong odor maybe could use deeper cleaning.

Online ordering experience...the worst. As I type this I have been sitting here for 38 minutes waiting for a to go order set for 11:30am. I have called the number and been hung up on twice. If they had not already charged my credit card I would leave. I work from home and have a toddler in my car. Now he is upset and I am late back. Defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead.....
Very slow service when we went and it really wasn't busy. Took about 2-3 minutes before our server came over. She took our drink and dinner order at the same time. Saw her again about 5 minutes after we got our food and then again when she came with the check. We spent a good portion of the meal without drinks. Food was okay. Next time we'll just go to a local Italian restaurant and support small business.
First date night in a long time. Olive Garden did not disappoint!Special going on is by a to go dinner from one of the preselected menu when you purchase a dine in entree to take home for 5.00 It is prepped and chilled so all you have to do is heat in microwave when ready to eat.
5 stars for the service! 1 star for the food. High quality, little taste.This location is very nice. Clean, efficient service and fresh food. Our waitress Karen is an exceptional server. Our drink refills were never late or ignored, our orders were correct and she was available without being intrusive. Huge "thank you" to the team and the management. My only issues were the tea and the way everything seemed to have the same sort of flavor. The tea wasn't bad, but it could be stronger. The food was good but not really worth the price. It was all sort of bland and sort of lightly sweet...almost like cookie cut recipes. But that has nothing to do with the great service.The exceptions we're the incredible soups, salad, breadsticks and the cheese sticks! There we're amazing.Almost $90.00 for 3 bland meals is a bit much. Just not worth it.Also I personally hate Coke products. Pepsi option would have nice.I admit the images look great, but they are very deceiving. Not returning.
