Typical sports bar type restaurant. Servers wear short skirts and beers are cold. Queso was good and the other drinks were decent. Food came out in a timely manner. It wasnt too busy around the early dinner time 4-5pm. It was an extremely hot day outside so maybe that's why it felt a little warm inside?
This particular Ojos Locos didn't seem very busy. The first impression we received was from the hostess who didn't seem one bit interested in helping us. Luckily our waiter was a bit more attentive. We tried to order the whole chicken on the menu but they had already ran out, it was 3pm. We ordered the ceviche which is always a good appetizer, I then proceeded to order Mexico City tacos which were tender and pretty filling. My friends ordered wings, bleh.. The Micheladas we're good. It wasn't bad except for the hostess and the girl that brought our food, they didn't seem too happy to be there.
First time here. With Friends. But we will be back with more friends. Friendly Staff and Great service. Music was a little loud to hear each other talk. But was Still a Win Win Great Security to keep out the Unwanted.
The tacos are good! Customer service is very very slow! We had to wait like 40 to pay and then another 20 to get our cards back
Ojos Locos Soorts Cantina is a Mexican version of Hooters. No wings, but lots of Tex mex tacos, enchiladas - beer towers & sexy dressed waitresses.TV’s on every kind of sports that was on at the time.Bass beat Spanish singing music playing all night long as loud as possible. No sound from the TV’s.Large bar, restaurant and 2nd smaller space for sitting and relaxing.Going back next time - with friends - to share a beer tower.
My buddies and I frequent this place on 4/22 and enjoyed ourselves until we checked our account. We tipped our waitress $10 each and we were hit with an extra $20 that was not authorized. How can a person think they can get away with it and help themselves to our money?! Definitely a turn off despite a great game watching venue and makes it that more difficult to give them another chance. Manager is looking into it and promised to call back. I guess the outcome will determine if we will ever return.
**!!!CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!** I have had bad experience at this Ojos Locos before but my friend and I thought we would give them another chance to redeem themselves. This night was great... That is until I found out the waitress added an extra $20 tip on top of the tip amount I wrote on the ticket. I told my friend to check his bank account and the same exact thing happened to his tab too!! An extra $20 tip was added to his final tab!! I'm sorry but honest mistakes don't happen twice on the same night, at the same table, for the same amount of $20, with the same waitress!! This was deliberately done!!! My friend and I both spoke to the manager Ricardo today and he said he would look into it. He didn't exactly sound confident inspiring at all but we'll see. My friend and I really like the atmosphere, the crowds during football season and the food there... But this incident is just too much and need to be shared... Extremely disappointed and upset!!!
If I could give the place 0 stars, I would without a doubt. This place isn't what it use to be. Our waitress Valentina was the worst I have ever had. Lazy and literally so slow in every way. We literally had to get up from our table and grab our own drinks from the bar. Also the music sucked. This place needs a new manager, new waitresses, and a new DJ! Waste of time.
A waitress with blonde hair named Shelby from 3/27/22 night shift, is very rude for no reason, rolls her eyes at customers flagging her down. She made my family of 4 feel unwelcomed we decided to go somewhere else after an hour. Rude waitresses are bad for business, if the manager is reading this she is not an asset to your team. Every other waitress I’ve seen were very polite and approachable at this location.
Good atmosphere nice place to chill and have few drinks I ordered wings they weren't they great came out quick but only just warm like they been Sitting for a while
