The few times I've gone (5 or so)Cakes are always good quality.Staff is nice, sometimes forget to say thank you.Have nice candles to add to cakes.It gers busy sometimes but it's not a long wait as not so many options.I've ordered big cakes as well for birthdays & mothers day and they've came out great ?
Today was my retirement party and I’m not a fan of cakes my coworkers got me cupcakes from this place and they were absolutely delicious fresh delicious smells so good we had lemon and strawberry make sure you try the cupcakes they’re perfect
I had a wonderful experience today at the copper street location . The associate Carol W. that help me was a delight. She provided excellent service ,she was very patient and attentive . Great job !
I purchased a cake 04/09/2022. The cake was very dry, crumbly and tasted old. should be ashamed!!
This location has to be the absolute worst. The customer service is great!! The cakes however are dried out and nasty. I ordered 20 bundtlets and they tasted dry and gritty. I've never had this problem at any other location. This isn't the first time I've used this one and had this experience but after spending $50 on these cakes that are usually well worth it I will never be going back again. I gave them time and I mean over a year and a half to maybe see if things had changed and gave them the benefit of the doubt, but nothings changed. Needless to say they went into the trash. That's money down the drain and unhappy people ?
I place an annual birthday order here and the online order process is so easy. I often pop in unscheduled to pick up cakes and there is always plenty of variety in my selection choices. The service and the product never disappoint.
This place is going downhill. They are getting chincy with the icing. Used to have a good balance of icing to cake. Now the little dot on the bundtinis is small. At least it has been on our last few orders. Searching for a new cake spot if anyone knows a place.
