We walk in and seat ourselves as the signs say. It took about 10 minutes before another patron got the waitress attention to say we were here. We placed drink orders and ask for a menu....Another 15 minutes and not even the menu had been brought to the table. I usually tip well...but my tip for my waitress, who's name I don't even know, Don't buy fresh corn in the winter??♀️. I'm going to finish my drinks and we'll go to Applebee's or somethingHorrible customer service. I won't order food because if it takes that long to be noticed and brought a menu why would I order food here.Edit... We paid for the drinks. Kate (I found out her name) takes the money but send someone else with the change. The change was handed to me, a female, not the male at the table that actually paid. More disrespect
The wings were so good! All the good was great, cheap drink would definitely go back again.
Ashlyn was our server. We had the loaded chicken nachos. A couple of glasses of wine followed up with some cheese cake with raspberry topping. The slices were Huge!
Great service even after arriving at 9PM on Friday night.Loved the steak fingers especially the option of the steamed vegetables. Tons of TV's to catch any game. Prices were good too.
We love No Frills! We visit often. Today we brought one of our real estate clients to sit on the outdoor patio and have some drinks and food. Beautiful day for it! My husband always orders wings with Romeo sauce! And we got to meet Romeo in person! Very special sauce! Thank you Romeo for coming out to meet us and sharing with us!
I have never had service this bad. The waitress took care of everyone before us, and we were there before them. When I said something to her, she walked away. When I talked the manager, (if you want to call him that) Dave, he was so,so, so rude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. EVER! I like No Frills Grill, but I will never eat at this location again. Still mad. ???
We went here after my Father-In-Laws viewing and we had a group of 15. On a Friday night at 8:30. The team at this place was amazing and accommodating as they allowed us to use a room so we had a little privacy. Amazing place and the food was GREAT!!
I've only gone there a couple of times. The service was fine the atmosphere is good but the food is lacking. Mashed potatoes were pretty good and the water cups are really big. The sandwich was not very good.
Worst place ever went with a group of people .I paid my tab of 23 and some change and the other group didn’t, which I had nothing to do with that or any knowledge. Two days later they charge my card for 169 bucks she put both tickets together , how wrong of her .I went to the establishment to talk to the manager she then inform me ,yes she did charge my card ,just because we were sitting with the people .How unfair is that she had no remorse even after I paid .If that wasn’t bad enough, the manager knows the girls first and last name and refused to call the cop and make a report how crazy . The lady just straight up charged me . Last thing the places reeks of toilet smell and food had to be remade due to getting the order wrong . Only gave one star because I had to an order to make my review and I hope that another manager does reach out to me hopefully he’s better than the last
