Over the years my friend Tony and I have met here for lunch. Year end year out, the food and service has always been excellent. I was here for lunch while my wife was in Baylor Ortho a month or so back. I met a remarkable young service staff lady named Gloria. Her wonderful spirit eased some of my pain. She took the extra time to show that she cared!Today, six weeks later, my wife and I came in for lunch and Gloria remembered me and asked my wife how she was doing. I will be back again for the food and service, but they gotta have Gloria.
Being going here quite often, it’s always pleasure for most part. Although last time I ordered, I purchased my veggie sandwich with no herb Mayo because I am fully vegan and asked for a different non diary dressing on the side. I drove all the way home to come to find out my sandwich was covered in Mayo and I could not eat it. I did not receive my side dressing as well, very disappointed in that experience because I have always been a huge fan of this location.
I usually order from this place on uber eats and am really happy with the food. However, one time I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they gave me a root beer drink in replacement without informing me. Today, I ordered an avocado blt sandwich and it was poorly made. It was like the avocado was cut in half and just slapped between the bread. I had to remove the avocado and cut it myself so it would properly fit in the sandwich. Then, my chocolate chip cookie was missing AGAIN and they didnt send any replacemet item. And on top of that, my chicken Cesar salad had the wrong greens. It was completley made with spinach?? I wish they would have contacted me in advance if they did not have greens or ingredients, I would have changed my order accordingly but they didn't bother to do that. The only thing they got correct with my order today was the side of Mac n cheese.
I've come here a few times and it's been good every...single...time.My fiance got me a king's club with extra bacon and avocado. They definitely make it worth it, you can taste the extra stuff they put on it and it's makes it so much better. For the side i got a Mac and cheese that had a great creamy and cheesy taste. For drink I got a mix of lemonade and sweet tea with peach. Might be my new favorite drink and they give you a big cup of it too. The chocolate chip cookie was also big and tasted good, heat it up a little if you want the chocolate chip to melt!
All things taste amazing. Sweet tea to die for and I was blessed by a black cashier with glasses one day when I was short money. If you haven't gone you are missing out.
Just had lunch at McAlister's and can honestly say I have never been in a more friendly or customer service oriented business. From the time you walk in till you leave, everyone working there makes sure you receive the best care. Would highly recommend this Deli to anyone.
The food here is prepared with care, it is consistent and fresh. Even though they're short-staffed they make up with it with consistency and care for the product. Don't miss this place if you have the chance.
Incredible service and great staff. Our DoorDash order got canceled as the dasher had a flat and would not deliver. Order was canceled, we reordered the same thing directly through the store for pick up. When we arrived, our food was PERFECT and when I went to pay, they waved me off. Thank you for making a poor DoorDash experience a wonderful McAllister’s experience!
I tried placing my order on the mobile app, but to no avail you can’t customize somethings when placing your order on the app. To assure my order was correct I called in to place my order, upon placing my order I explained to the young lady I only had a 30 min lunch and to please make sure WE got this order correct, due to it was a 15 min drive and if it wasn’t correct I wasn’t going to be able to come back. She assured me. I ordered a chicken bacon chipotle ranch spud, no cheddar Jack cheese, replace with mix shredded cheese and extra chipotle ranch on the spud. I realize I made a mistake with placing the order called right and explained to the young lady what I DID and she said ma’am I believe they have started on your ticket and would you like for them to make a fresh one I said Yes please and thank you and I do apologize for my mistake. Gets to McAllister, pay for order didn’t check it cause I knew it was correct, gets home 1 min b4 time to clock back in, get situated mouth watering, food smelling good, open container and everything is opposite of what I asked for. Now I’m furious ?. Called the store back asked the manager, explained the situation to the manager he apologized and credited me 2 entrees on the house.
The chips and queso is the main reason I eat from here. Last few times I have received my order through delivery, the queso has been below standard. It's dark orange, which is what it looks like when left heated for too long over a few days. I'm not trashing McAlisters.. but this location is trash. Waste of money. My wrap was good. Mac and cheese cold to the touch.I gave this place a few tries before finally leaving a review. If you're wanting queso go to another location, trust me you'll thank me later. Probably the worse queso in Arlington
