No mistake the workers are nice!However I have noticed that after 3 attempts to eat their fried chicken or strips, on each occasion I have experienced the worst headache. I thought I would pass out Researched on their website and found out the restaurant uses peanut oil! Why??? Everyone can't consume different oils. Peanut oil is okay but not the best! Their prices are very high for fast food. This restuarant has gone up twice since last year! I will have to let them go. My head hurt me so badly, it is unacceptable! I stand corrected if this place doesn't use such oil.
They load the plates UP. I wasn't expecting so much for for what I paid. The staff was super nice as well. Definitely coming back (:
First time here was a freaking hit. 10/10 recommended we got Catfish dinner and shrimp dinner. It was reasonably priced,fast, hot and crispy!
Their chicken is tasty, not as good as KFC but a close second. They've just recently changed their onion rings to a batter dipped onion ring, and I hope they never change these things are delicious and they're not beer battered thank goodness. I know the owner we converse quite often, the whole staff knows me, and they have tried several things I brought for them to taste. But I can recommend this place if you like chicken it's a pretty decent chicken joint then the service is pretty moderate they're definitely not slow.
Usually a great experience with the staff! However, today… the young girl at the counter (stockier, hair pulled back in a ponytail), was very RUDE! Her tone was very condescending at best! I asked for someone else to take my order and they did. The manager came from the back and apologized for her behavior.
I ordered tenders and they have No season on them! Nasty! A waist of money
Gravy is super small and $1.89. Stay with the chicken, sides not worth it. If you ask for more, they will argue with you.
I decided to treat my friend to a good meal, as we had eaten here before....bad idea! The only thing worth eating was the coleslaw & roll! If we had gone in, I would have asked for my money back...$14.00 worth of food with tons of salt on it. The salt was so intense, I couldn't even taste the chicken. The okra was overcooked & also way to salty! I ended up throwing my dinner in the trash as it was not etible!!If my car was not in the shop, I would have gone up there for a refund. Get a new cook, Lisa's...I wouldn't waste my money here again!
