Food and snacks are delicious but the customer service is the worst… You never feel welcomed some employees barely want to talk to you, last time I ordered some wings and yes they were super good but not cooked properly and there was still visible blood. I justify the employees attitude with how good is the food ??♀️
Decided to try this place with my family. Dissatisfied to say the least. First off we walked in and it looks completely gross in there. The place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or mopped in ages. The kids that work there look at customers like they’re mad to be there in the first place. The cashier Jennifer (according to our receipt) was rude, and has the worst customer service ever! The churros and ice cream were not worth driving there. Save your money- go elsewhere!!
Love this place so much. My boyfriend and I are regular customers. They have incredible Aguas Frescas, Topocheladas, and various ice cream sundaes like the Gansito split and churro split. The staff is also always very sweet. Highly recommend. My favorite refresqueria in the area.
This place used to be good until these companies started hiring kids that have work ethic that makes them worth less than minimum wage!! Starting off the order they cannot even listen thoroughly and cut me off and as a result get my order wrong every time. Somehow they're always out of inventory so whoever is in charge also cannot run this business. PLEASE WATCH YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CLEAN HOUSE.
We discovered this place while doing an uber eats delivery and thought we would give it a try so we did today and my gosh first of all my milkshake was like as if i was drinking milk, this was by far the worst milk shake i have had in my entire life, it was not thick at all like how a milkshake should be and it was literally as if i was drinking milk. My dad ordered something else which too was not great and then i dont know either this place is unhygenic or what we both had a bad stomach the rest of the day and later had motions as well. I hate giving bad reviews but this was horrible.
Will be coming back for sure!! The whole team seemed happy to be there and happy to help.It was our first visit and the crew hooked us up with some excellent treats! Elotes, popsicles, ice cream and fresas con crema. Looking forward to having this ice cream spot all summer!
I have visited several times and the customer service is impeccable. Desserts are amazing, and presentation is unparalleled. I would highly recommend to anyone!
Ridiculously long wait for only 2 people in the drive thru. They took forever with the person in front and then just as long with us. Even when we got our order they messed up all of the ice cream flavors. As a regular, I noticed the quality of service declining but this marks a new low and and end for me.

We have gone approximately every Wednesday or Thursday during our lunch break. Jean (I believe is his name- young skinny man, tall) is always providing amazing customer service! He greets us upon arrival and is always courteous (great smile).The food is great and fresh!! We will definitely recommend.
