Place is going down with costumer service. New staffing don’t know what are they doing. I order a break fast and the waiter brought me the bill but never my food. ??♂️

I really had bad experice on this location on pioneer pwy her name is roxana they have a really bad custumer service this girl that took my order was so unprofeccional an rude they ahould not have that kind of people working there like that she was on her earphones an not apying attention to what i was saying to her i was thinking that she was talking to me till she says to me ooo u need something else thata so rude an unprofeccional i wish i could talk to the owner so shw knows about her restaurant issue besides that she was not giving me my recipts ?????
Order AA breakfast plate and they gave me a plate according to the picture they had. menu said 2 eggs any style not eggs with tomato and onions. Asked waitress to fix my order and thru an attitude.if you don't know how to order in Spanish your are wasting your time here.
