It’s a great spot, clean and very convenient to walk to at the mixed-use building. You can park in the back-in 20 minute curbside, or at city hall and walk. It’s a short walk from the library too. It gets five stars for presentation and fast workers, also is not too busy at lunchtime. If you come kinda late, the quality of the boba can vary…old boba is pretty hard to chew while freshly made is best. The drinks are nice and well mixed, but the milk teas I’ve tried are personally not my taste. For example, Ding Tea’s taro flavor is much different from Kung Fu’s—so try out all of the shops if you’re new to boba! A basic milk tea with boba drink here totals to $5.85 including tax.

7/3/22 UPDATE: Very busy and crowded because of the July 4th fireworks happening in downtown. They stayed open several minutes after their official closing time because there were so many people and orders. They also ran out of boba, so if you go during a customer surge be mindful that that might happen, I don't blame them for it.6/7/22 UPDATE: They added more outdoor seating in the form of a chair and table set outside right next to the loveseat bench.I like this place cause it has an extensive allergen menu, including what is/isn't gluten free, however I don't think they have a dedicated allergen free blender, so there might be risk of cross contamination.Other than that, I like going cause they can customize your drink a lot (no ice, sugar levels, etc.). However, I don’t think they offer different milks/milk powders cause for some reason, when I asked about the almond milk tea they said it doesn't use almond milk. They have a nice atmosphere with lots of different seating arrangements, from bar height seats to bean bags, located outside, upstairs, and downstairs. Anime and kpop music plays often here.I wouldn't order through ubereats ahead of time here because the apps significantly increase the price of the drinks, compared to when you order in person.Bathrooms didn't have paper towels, only air dryers.

Love the vibes here! The drinks are so good. I went to the restroom and really appreciated the inclusion. I love that it feels like a hang out spot. There are books and board games up stairs. It's nicely decorated. I will positively come back here again.

super cute & cozy environment :) the wait was fairly short, and the drinks were delicious!! on the second level they have plenty of board games and spots to take photos. this is a great date spot for sure :)

This place is AMAZING! Honestly, the ambiance itself deserves 5 stars. The workers were very friendly, and I got my drink relatively fast. The upstairs area is the perfect place to drink boba and relax. While the milk foam on the drink I got was quite salty (I got the Matcha Milk Cap tea), the flavors really balanced out when I mixed it, and the boba itself was divine~Overall, 10/10 (inside recommend for full experience!)

Very good tea selection...they don't have boba though. Ran out of tapioca but made more in 30 minutes. Just needs a little more proactive management to become a 5 star operation.

Great drink options (strawberry lemonade w/mango popping boba my fav), I love the seating options & decor, very comfy. They even have books to read & some games to play upstairs while relaxing! My teenagers approve ?

Boba just tastes bad. Decor is really nice though

The place was so nice! The decor was breath-taking, Cardcaptor Sakura was on the telly, games and sweet backdrops on the second floor, AND THERE ARE PLUSHIES!!!

Quick service. Beautiful store in a mixed use area off Abrams street with games and stuff within. Park around the corner for best results—it gets busy!
