Never had a bad customer service at a Kroger until today. Meat market manager in this store is the rudest I've ever experienced. He was putting meat on shelf and I asked him if he could cut me some steaks and his response rudely was "You gonna have to wait about 5 minutes until I finish doing this!" First of all when it comes to the customer you're supposed to drop what you're doing and attend to them.As I was standing there waiting the other guy in the department asked me if I needed help so I asked him if he could cut me steaks, the market manager turns to me and say "I ALREADY TOLD YOU TO GIVE ME 5 MINUTES that guy is seafood he ain't even in the meat market!" And then rolled his eyes and gave me a rude look......i then asked him what his name was and I let him know I was going to talk to store management and contact corporate office about his atttitude. Instead of apologizing He gave me his name and made it known that her was the market manager and said then said THAT'S FINE and stormed off into the back out of sight. I'll never go into that store again because of that experience with him....I go there almost every week and have Tomahawks cut for me and everyone in that department has always been nothing but nice and gave me excellent service, but that market manager is the rudest I've ever encountered. He needs to be demoted and another one of those guys need to move up..... he can learn customer service from those under him. He's a poor excuse for a leader. And his poor customer service definitely isn't the Kroger way. They really need Secret shoppers to regularly go though that store and rate their department managers.

Never been in this one till today. But just like two other Kroger's I've been in Monsters are on sale so there aren't any. Bait and switch in a classic form from a classless company....

employee was extremely rude to me. got in my face when i asked about a product and questioned me about why i was wearing a mask.

The girl work at pharmacy was rude. Just because I did not have my into receive my second shot. She was said they need to bill the insurance. Even though they are free. She all so yelled at me for not sign a paper.

They have a whole price tag that says blueberries are $99 cent the big ones and I get to self checkout and they ring up $4.99I ask the self checkout guy and I tell him to send someone or else I don’t want them if the blueberries are being falsely advertised and he just says ok and takes the blueberries out of my bags.. clearly said have someone check first then if they aren’t on special I don’t want them.he ignored me … this is disgusting customer service behavior. they’re there to help people not remove items without checking the prices. remove your false price tags then. see picture

I do not recommend this Kroger store they are very in considered and Handel there business as a bunch of thief’s !!! I had bought some light bulbs but were the wrong size when I tried to return them they started giving excuses that they could not accept them as return because it was passed one day over the 30 day policy.... Mgr. Reagan and Shana were the one telling me this BS!!I used to do all my shopping here but I will never come to this store again..

Management at this store is terrible. Dirty never has whst you want.

The worst experience I have ever had at a kroger! After shopping over an hour, I get asked to get out of the line as I am putting things on the conveyor belt. Mgr Said I would have to do self check out because I was not wearing a mask. medical conditions . This same manager that is standing there watching me scan my items I ask him to take tags off of my shoes in clothing .. he refused I just walked away. I had well over $200 that I was going to purchase today. Way to treat your customers and lose them!
