great customer service and helpful staff
This is typically a clean, well-stocked store, with friendly associates.I am wondering if there is a better place for everyone to gather and smoke than by the trash can near the left side of the main entrance, in front of the propane tanks?And is the homeless person camped between the propane tanks and Redbox Video dangerous?
Poor customer service. I was trying to return a $14 item with no receipt that I purchased last week on my Kroger card. She said absolutely cannot return it, not even a store credit?? She said she had to know when I bought it. Goodness, I manage retail and I know most places can scan your item and tell you exactly when you purchased it, um Kroger can't do that?? Lived in the neighborhood for 12 years and I have been loyal to Kroger. Disappointed!
Found a lot of good deals and also was able to get in and out quickly. Shelves were very full unlike some stores.
The incompetence of the employees is astounding!!! But when you can only hire from the bottom of the pool what can you expect.

I'm highly disappointed with this Kroger. My husband just got back from shopping there and he saw a lady walk in behind him with no mask on. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, he continued shopping and just kept an eye out as we always do anyways. Well, here she comes to the bread section, walking past multiple employees, without a mask on, and no one saying anything to her. She continued her shopping, carrying on as if we don't have a pandemic going on, no one else giving a care in the world. We will not be back here or any Kroger again and will be using online services to deliver our groceries as Kroger can't seem to even handle grocery pick up.
This is a smaller Kroger. Don't shop here expecting entire line up of Kroger products. That desire requires a full size Kroger.
I bought a gallon of 1% milk July 10 or so. Expiration date on it was 7/17. On the 14th it began turning. Called customer service and the lady tried to tell me the consistency changes each day, blah blah blah. If your milk is turning that fast you need to speak with the people you have bottling it. There's no reason milk should go sour that fast unless it's a packaging issue or it wasn't done properly. My folks live in an affluent area and have bought milk from Kroger for a decade and this has never happened to theirs. Rest assured I will never waste money on milk at this Kroger again.
