I am a senior and was so glad that Kroger had special hour for us. But in entering store there was basically no meat, no milk dairy. a few people were stocking the shelves. I was able to get toilet tissue 12 rolls and cost 16.49. This use to be my store but not so anymore. Also in checking at the self check was full and the one attendant was standing instead of helping to clear the registers for other customers.

Horrible experience with the Clicklist...sat for 2 hours waiting for them to complete my order and then once I finally did get my order they did nothing to make it right...no discount, no store credit, NOTHING. Ruined our dinner plans for a Saturday night. I will never shop there again.

This is my go to store! I am disappointed in the training the baggers receive. I understand and appreciate how Kroger reaches out and hire special needs men and women, however management is not training them properly. It's not an issue with patience, it's crushed bread, produce, and bags filled improperly that glass bottles fall out. These young people are not to be faulted, management is. It's going to be awkward when I tell them "I will bag it myself". God I hope I don't sound like a jerk.
