Just had a horrible experience here. We were looking to get a cake for my mom’s birthday from this Kroger, my dad is in the ICU and it’s her first birthday in a long time without him. The cakes from Kroger have been hit or miss so I asked the ladies behind the counter for a sample of their white cake. Rather than say, “We don’t give samples,” they proceeded to laugh and say to each other “Haha she wants a sample!” Embarrassing me in front of the whole store for a simple request. I will not be coming back to this Kroger. Your staff is incredibly rude and needs trained. Unacceptable.

Fresh produce and meat, everything is good quality and prices are fair. I love the weekly ad sales and coupons offered. Their fried chicken is really good too! Only negative is I wish there was more workers at the butcher counter, but that's it.
awesome customer service...I like your deals but I hate when we can't get the best price without buying so many quantities (Buy 4 to get this price) but you have to buy all 4.....as a Senior Citizen we dont need all those items but we would love the discounted price....
they almost always have charged handicap carts available and open long hours

Went to pharmacy to get flu shot and pharmacist very nice and helpful! Techs care great also
Not a half hour ago there were 38 people in line, 23 of them in the only two checks stands that were open, with no baggers, and the rest in self service.
