I had placed an order @ 9pm under my sisters name (PAOLA TORRES) I get there 9:54, past pick up time but they close at 10 so they should’ve held to it still right. But for some coincidence they try to tell me someone came for that online order for PAOLA TORRES, already within the time I left my house to pick it up. Pretty sure they lied to my face and don’t check peoples phones for orders and basically hand out PAID online orders to anyone without proof. Don't have a closer location to me or else I would go there but now I have to settle for this Arlington location not knowing if they’ll even have my order right or if they’ll give it out again to any “random” person. I’m 100% sure they don’t care and will take advantage of any customers if you order online past 9pm. They might just have ate your order.
Usually a big fan of Krispy Kreme but tonight felt disappointed. Came through drive thru at 9 on National Donut Day… guess what? All out of donuts except powdered and glazed. Ah well ok. Ordered 4 glazed and they offered 2 free while at ordering speaker since they didn’t have other options. Ok… good compromise. Then after getting to window 5 minutes later… “our system is down so we really can’t sell anything…”. #nationaldonutdayfail
I don’t know if they don’t like making hot chocolate but every single time we try to come for hot chocolate “they don’t have any” or “the machine is broke.” They’re also supposed to close at 10:00pm but way before 9 they have the lobby closed and of course no coffee or hot chocolate. Called at 9:30 to make sure they still have donuts they named all the ones they still had and as soon as I walked in they said they didn’t have anything.
This franchise has literally less than half of the donuts that KK offers. We drove 20 mins to get here and we’re very disappointed that they didn’t even have some basic flavors such as sour cream or the cake donuts. Get yourself together and offer the full menu! We would’ve ordered a dozen donuts and instead left with two singles, and very disappointed.
my family and I stopped by the Krispy kream on our way home from basketball practice and got one of the worst experience of coming to a Krispy kream; the young lady working the window was super rude and on top of that I ended up having to have run my card twice because of her trying to perfect her rudness she didn't even charge me for the very first thing I had ordered!! which was the dozen of donuts, then gave attitude like I was in the wrong; she was very unprofessional and Appear to be very young so yeah you know how the extra young people act now in a days, so my point of writing to you'll today is I am a firm believer that you cannot fix something that you have no ideal what's going on, buy please fix this problem because she make people drive elsewhere to get better service
I’m a big fan of this place, I’ve been a customer every since the place was opened, but when the attendant greeted me she was wearing gloves, she hand picked all the 2 dozens with the same gloves and cashed me out also with the same gloves, probably had them on all day, how clean are those gloves is my question, who are we protecting customers or we are just trying to keep our hands clean SMH . They just lost a customer for good and I’ll share this story with everyone i know . Maybe this place will get new management who knows more about human health.
We came to get Krispy Keme at 8:48 pm on a Wednesday…close is not until 10 pm….. why were the coffee machines already broke down for the night?!?! So no coffee for anybody who gets donuts for over the next hour?!?! Not acceptable….
Always a disappointment.. just wanted to get the special Friday chocolate glazed donuts but they wanted me to buy other unnecessary items I didn't want and when I asked what they had they only had a few donuts I could choose from so I just left and they lost a sale.
This Krispy Kreme is rude as hell DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ESPECIALLY. The manager there is very unprofessional and doesn’t know exactly what she is doing. They do not honor online orders after I get charged from it and I go to pick up my order couple days later because “they were closed that day” and they look at us like we’re crazy. Never been a good business since day 1.
Went to the store location today with a coupon for buy a dozen get a dozen free. I arrive at the store with the employee standing at the case. He didn’t say anything. No greeting. No nothing. I asked him for a dozen original crème filled. He said, “We’re out.” I asked if he could take the originals he had made already and just add crème. The answer was no. I asked the manager when they would be making more. No idea she stated. With this kind of customer service and lack of products the company will not make it. Poor staffing. Poor planning. People standing around doing nothing, but we still don’t have what the customer is asking for. By the way, it’s a 30 minute drive from my house to the closest store. Not going to be wasting time anymore on this store.
