Nashville spicy tenders was a first time try & definitely won't be the last! On point with the spicy!
As a former KFC employee, I know what finger linking chicken looks and taste like. This place is not the one. It's about 7pm so it's not like they are closing soon. The original and crispy are supposed to come out slightly golden. Mine came out almost black, as did the half container of fries they gave me 14 Fries to be exact. But it doesn't end there. Angel sais Sh!+ as he hands me the drink, because he forgot to ask me the flavor I wanted. I don't curse in front of my children so I don't think a kfc employee should either. Last but not least. The recipe has a line though it so it blocks the ticket code you need to complain to corporate. Trash place.
I saw the commercial for the new plant-based chicken nuggets so I went and tried them they must be hot when you eat them if they get cold or cool off they get very hard and it chews like rubber they have the taste down they taste very good but once again if they get cold they chew like rubber. Also for 6 pc $6.99 or $7.99
Ordered on line and went to pick it up and everything thing was ice cold and half the order was missing. The ice in the drink was melted. So very disappointed. Will never order from here again.
Ordered white meat only , paid extra, was far from impressed . Meal was not of expectations of KFC. . As years have progressed , seems quality and quantity of most fast food restaurants have diminished . Biscuits,Which I paid a premium for 2 extra, were hard and very disappointing. Chicken seemed undercooked and not very good . Overall a berth disappointing experience .
Teresa the manager did not seem to care about her job. I waited 15 min for crispy and the order was wrong and I didn't receive a receipt. The manager needs to be retrained and shown how to do her better. The chicken was fresh though at least

I spent over $50 for a 16 pc. meal plus 2 breasts and extra sides. Got home and was missing our family size fries and 8 biscuits and our mashed potatoes. But we got gravy! Couldn't use it but we got it. Tried calling and surprise the number wasn't working. I live too far to go back. I would've got back to cold chicken! Ugh!
